If Heller is overturned, what do you think will happen?

Can is not the same thing as will. The supreme court does not often favor overturning their own precedent.

you are confusing Heller with McDonald, Ron. someone who claims to be a high ranking FBI official would understand the difference

which is why the idiocy of the FDR administration-like Rickard-Was not overturned because that crap remained in place for a bunch of years before Ike was able to get some conservative justices in place. Its called the leftwing ratchet of jurisprudence. Left wing jurists tend to ignore precedent but when they are replaced by conservatives, the conservatives tend to be slaves to precedent

one of the best things for Obama's election in 08 was Heller. It took away, in the minds of many union voters, the gun issue. If The banoid justices had prevailed, I believe lots of union gun owners would have not voted for Obama. With Heller, many of them figured they should vote for whom their bosses want since Obama couldn't ban guns

Kogan told the senate Heller was established precedent and she wouldn't contradict that.

does claiming to be a FBI official that does not exist demonstrate say adult behavior?
how about pretending to own just about every weapon named on the Feinstein Clinton AWB list when we know that is not truthful?

I am the Deputy Director of the FBI's Cincinnati field office, and you have no business questioning me.

Well then we may need to call someone in on this, I'm pretty sure impersonating a federal officer is a felony, even on the internet.

Well it is a felony, and I'm a law abiding citizen. I'm kind of required to report it if that's what's happening.
