Why Habba?

Why does Humpty stick to Habba? It cannot be competence. Ye'd reckon that a former POTUS and a bloke supposed to have truck loads of money could have and keep the very best in the Land, and no way can it be said that Habba is anywhere near that.

So, why does he keep her?

I thought maybe he was humping her and maybe that is true, but he could do that, probably, without putting his legal future into the hands of an incompetent inexperienced low level attorney who does not even know how to adduce evidence, or effectively cross-examine.

So, why does he keep her?

Maybe because she is so stupid that she is willing to put arguments as he requires, arguments everyone with half a brain knows will never fly. But, that can't really be it because she is yet to produce a winner and Humpty does like to win and is a very, very bad loser.

Maybe she has photos? Maybe Humpty was dumb enough to let her become aware of enough so that she can keep him on a leash for life?

He's exhausting the supply of lawyers. The ones taking him on as a client must really need the money or have some delusions of becoming famous. It worked for Cohen in the end after he did his time.

 

Even the best Lawyers will take on the worst client if they get paid and the client does not expect them to work unethically.

Is that it....the only Lawyers who will take him on are those who are willing to act unethically?

 

I think the treatment that Alina Habba has received from some progressive social media outlets have been awful. The Midas Touch network and others have a video on her daily attacking her competence. They bring up her looks, insinuate there is some inappropriate relationship between her and Trump and even bring up has fashion choices and crack jokes about her and shopping. These misogynist attacks are uncalled for and petty. Compare the treatment of Habba to Trump's other lawyers and it is like night and day.

 

So, tell me...why does Humpty hang on to Habba? It cannot be competence.

So tell me, what makes you think I would know how Trump evaluates and chooses his lawyers? I have never met with her. I don't know her background. I don't know who else was available. Who do you think he should have picked instead?

I'm talking strictly about what you wrote. You implied there was more than one outlet that was also using misogynistic language and behavior. If it's just the Meidas site, why imply there's more than one?

 

There are more. Farron Balanced is another that comes to mind and TYT Damage Report. The one that has the daily Habba rant is Meidas Touch but she comes up very frequently on the others too.

Never heard of him, but TYT has been around for quite some time. I think he started during the Obama era.

I don't quite understand the appeal of TikTok, I'm more of an Instagram kind of guy and most of my feed, at least 90%, is UFO videos, cute dogs, and girls jiggling huge boobs and asses. Politics is maybe 3%.

TikTok probably has the most advance algorithm for determining what people like to view. They do a fantastic job on your "ForYou" page. If you watch a lot of politics it will find politics for you to watch. If you like cute kittens you will see cute kittens. Same with sports etc...

I spend a lot of time on my computer for work so even outside of TikTok I like to stream podcast in the background while I work. It helps me think and I get background noise I only half listen too. I will listen to everything from progressive view points to conservative ones. I like to keep an open mind. Back to your original assumption about Foxnews, the main reason why I do not watch Foxnews is because I do not have cable. I may get clips now and then on TikTok or Youtube but often it is with commentary attacking the host or something.

She's eye candy, does as he says, so far has been loyal to him, and spreads the Trump propaganda. What more is required? Competence doesn't factor into the equation.

 

It's simple, he wants them to do what he wants, legal or not, smart or not. He believes he's the smartest guy in the room. Lawyers are disposable and are good for the blame. Maybe an incompetent defense will provide him additional appeals down the line to delay what he knows are going to be inevitable guilty verdicts.

In addition, some of those lawyers belong to the **** of personality.
