Why Protect Trump If He Goes To Prison?

So there you have it, folks. Turns out Democrats DON'T want to deny Trump secret service protection, as @Just A Man has now admitted.

 

As much as I can't stand the OPs annoying as F habit of not providing a link backing up his posts...this is what I found...

I personally don't think any secret service agent should have to endure standing a post in a prison for ANY incarcerated president/former president.

 

Thanks. I was hoping the OP would provide the reference so I could say that I don't think secret service should be removed. I think Trump will likely get House Arrest for exactly the reason you state. Trump has prostituted the office of President. Removing secret service protection would help him to degrade it even further.

 

For the same reason that you and I have the same access to protection both in and out of prison. If you want more protection, you can pay for it. If you have public office, you'll get more protection.

 

And Obama and Joe should be.... they were knowingly involved, with the help of the corrupt DOJ, with the failed coup and failed insurrection to spy on American citizens and attempted overthrow of a duly elected president.... all documented.... and neither were indicted.... because the corrupt DOJ was in on it.

If Trump is convicted and sent to prison, why should he be afforded any more special protection than any other inmate? Im honestly curious why you think this is so.

Just do to him what they do to other high value in mates. Keep them in solitary. Simple enough.
