Pains it for me to say that the meme isn't correct. The Constitution was approved to enlarge the power of federal gov't, er, gave federal gov't much more power than its predecessor The Articles of Confederation because a lesser role of the federal gov't created by The Articles of Confederation created chaos in the American republic. The meme is only referring to a small portion of The Constitution called the Bill of Rights, for example, (which libertarians like Rand Paul exhalt) and not the whole of The Constitution.

The founders wanted limited power for the federal gov't but subsequent court interpretations of The Constitution and amendments to The Constitution have given more and more power to federal gov't as the years pass in America which would probably make most founders (even Washington and Hamilton, for examples) roll in their graves.

When BLM speaks to murders "never charged", they are speaking primarily to blacks killed by police. They don't give a damn why- if they can make it appear racist, they do it.
However, they do their best to insure black criminals are never charged. They want two kinds of justice- based on exemption for their color. THAT IS RACiSM.

IF BLM cared about the murder of black people- they would turn to those who murder the most black people, by far.... and that IS black people.

That 89% of the murders of black people ARE COMMITTED BY BLACK PEOPLE.
Less than 10% of the murders of black people are committed by white people- despite their being over 6 times as many whites as blacks.

This data makes a very clear statement, and identifies the truth about responsibility for the murders of black Americans.

This IS NOT COLOR. IT'S CULTURE- how a group of people think, how they raise their children to think, what they value, including themselves.
Without question the most likely person to be your enemy regardless of your race- IS YOURSELF. When a culture, a group of people share similar levels of negative beliefs, it's going to hurt them all.
Things are not like they were 100 years ago- the major thing holding blacks back today is their own beliefs and the failure of too many of them to embrace positive change within the culture.
I admire a number of black people, just as I do people in all races. I also have scorn for many people in all races. You are respectable when you earn respect, when you accept responsibility for yourself, when you go about making life better for yourself and your family, when you contribute rather than feed on your society-
but not when you go around demanding people pay you for being black or being poor of being unhappy or having made mistakes you don't think should have consequence.

 

None of that means murder of black people is justified. Your false representation of statistics only means you are not competent to evaluate statistics to form any sort of policy.

Our constitution is excellent, and we have rules of conduct for those in office- good rules. What's missing enforcement of those rules, which makes them nothing more than cosmetics.
The government of the United States works FOR the people, not vice versa. What we need is a way- a direct way- for We the People to enforce those rules, to remove those who violate them. Not talking about political, but the ethical, the part of doing the job they are paid to do honestly. Working on that...
