Speaker Mike did the exact same thing Kevin did to get thrown out: make a deal on the budget to keep the government open. Why isn't he out ? Of the Republican majority, 107 supported the bill that kicks the can down the road 8 weeks and 106 opposed it. All but 2 Democrats supported the bill, which bodes ill for Mike if it comes down to another recall vote. Can it be that he is safe because the right wing radicals in the House realize what fools they look like when they halt government for days just for political theater ? Naaaaah, they clearly believe that there is no such thing as bad publicity. From an entertainment standpoint, they may even be right.
Johnson is a joke.... where is Gaetz now? Johnson folded like a cheap suit when the mention of government shutdown came up... You notice Johnson released "the" J6 videos.... not "all" of them as he claimed... only 300 hours out of 14,000 hours... and then they did not include Jacob Chansley being escorted around by the CP, nor the multiple videos CP firing tear gas and flashbangs into the peaceful crowd to incite the protestors Yep.... just like McCarthy The cherry on top.... why does Johnson not release the security video from Byrd's side of the door where he crouched in a concealed ambush position to then spring forward to murder an unarmed 5'2" 135 lady who she was not an immediate threat to him... let the American people decide...
I've always thought that they should have made Gaetz the Speaker and let him find out how hot the kitchen is.
