I say Trump in a landslide but then I predicted Huma would be Hillary's first choice for the Attorney General. I missed that one pretty bad as it seems Huma may never be heard from again.

You may be right. I have not seen a Clinton sign anywhere - including very DP working class neighborhoods. Have seen a few - very few Trump signs. Of course, Trump signs tend to get vandalized.
FWIW, I do not think Comey's letter will sink Clinton by itself. These October shockers are getting old.

Should Americans be punished for behavior their governments facilitate?

If the conduct is illegal the answer is a definitive yes. It does not matter if your brother, your BFF, your girlfriend or your government 'facilitates' your illegal conduct. What matters is that it is illegal. got anymore excuses you want to try on voters who vote as many times as they please? , so far you decided that intent to commit is annulled by a feel good rationale, and that if a government or its agent 'facilitates' a crime, it is somehow exculpatory.

    se is

Your summary of the Clinton defense, especially the hit to the head part, is spot on.

Do you think Rote is hanging with Huma in Riyadh? ;-)

Here is a clue for you: In fact, a murderer who does not know right from wrong does have a mens rae defense. Surely you know that. ;-)

It is kind of like the Clinton email defense. Also called "The Stupid Girl Defense". There is even a song about it. :)

wow you need more time in law school. there is a difference between not knowing right from wrong ( missing the capacity to understand and apply the concept to behavior choices) and being mistaken about what is right and what is wrong, or re-defining the parameters of the terms to justify behavior choices differently than your government did when it passed a statute.

So you reject The Stupid Girl Defense and think Clinton should have been indicted for using a private insecure server.

Please don't tell me you are her lawyer. ;-)

Remember I am not discussing the intricacies of the statute, her conduct or intent with a blind partisan.

A Trump landslide now seems far more likely. The season of the October Trick or Treat ended with the FBI thoroughly TPing the Clinton campaign.

All things considered Huma would probably rather be in Philadelphia. ;-)
