When an organization is held liable in a civil court, it has nothing to do with the commission of a crime. And when organizations are held liable, it has nothing to do with any individual.

You really need to take a law course.

Maybe the problem is that he is just involved in so many schemes, crimes, election interference, fraud, sexual assault, rape, false elector plots, rico charges, racketeering, etc; that it's hard to keep track. He should have known this was coming when he started doing all this stuff.

The question is not his involvement. He's not involved. It's just that every Democrat must accuse him of SOMETHING... ANYTHING as part of the requirements for being a Democrat. It

The thread is about Jan 6th. Trump is not involved in the alleged false elector plot? Despite White House council testimony. Other White House lawyers have testified about the "unhinged" meeting.

    https://www.npr.org/2022/07/12/1111037932/unhinged-west-wing-meeting-jan-6

Derek Lyons, former White House staff secretary, said the two camps were "shouting at each other, throwing insults at each other — it wasn't just sort of people sitting around a couch chit-chatting."

Former White House lawyer Eric Herschmann said the outside group suggested that Venezuela had meddled with the election and that Nest brand thermostats hooked up to the internet were changing votes.

Cipollone recalled "pushing back" on the group of Trump's outside advisors by asking them to provide any evidence that the election was fraudulent.

Lots of angry people yelling and screaming, huh?

AND NO CONVICTION FOR A CRIME ANYWHERE...

    "RUSSIAN COLLUSION" WAS DEBUNKED TOO...

So... anyone suggest that Rwanda interfered our election?

I heard that there's a Democrat commune on top of a mountain in central Alaska that is convinced Trump colluded with the Prime Minister of Mali.

If you want to vote for a deranged lunatic who lets people into the White House who say the thermostats were changing votes - by all means - go ahead. I'll vote for sanity.

"the thermostats were changing votes"????? have a link to that?

You want to vote for a senile old man that abandoned Ameericans and allies in Afghanistan while gifting the terrorist Taliban billions in modern weaponry? You want to vote for the senile old man that brought us record inflation and gas prices? You want to vote for the guy who partied with elites just down the road from a wake for an American hero without even mentioning his name? You want to vote for a senile old man who introduced his wife as his sister and later got off a plane in Vermont and said how hapy he was to be in New Hampshire? You want to vote for the maniac that leaves our border wide open letting millions of illegals in... some of whom murder our citizens, burden our tax accounts, and include thousands of young men who could be terrorists or Chinese military?

Link on #205. Biden isn't the one who couldn't tell the difference of Nikki Haley and Nancy Pelosi. Biden is still a pretty sharp, savvy politician who knows how to get things done in Washington. He has done a fine job, passing many bills that are helping Americans. Also, our streets are relatively peaceful again, unlike the toxicity under Trump.

You just don't understand real progress. Trump built over $8 Trillion worth of debt. Even with the accrued interest from the Trump debt, Biden will come in at about $7T. Republicans had control of the House, the Senate, and the presidency from 2016-2017, and accomplished nothing except tax cuts for millionaires and billionaires. No Wall. Where was that Health Care Reform that they all talked about? No infrastructure bill. They were dysfunctional. Biden and the Dems have gotten things done!

Trump's tax cuts were for everyone. He cut every tax bracket, not just for the rich. He even threw in some specific relief aimed directly at low and middle classes, like making interest payments on education loans tax deductible.

Center for Budget and Policy Priorities? "The Center on Budget and Policy Priorities (CBPP) is a progressive American think tank" (Center on Budget and Policy Priorities - Wikipedia") Get it? PROGRESSIVE... as in radical left wing fringe... hardly objective.

No one would accuse the Wall Street Journal of being radical anything

Grover is a proponent for lower taxes. Most taxpayers are.

    I certainly do.

ANECDOTE: I was a young Soldier at Fort Belvoir when "Moratorium Day 1970" occurred. A MILLION protesters on the grounds of the Washington Monument. Protesters were everywhere. The protesters were throwing trash cans onto the Chain Bridge to block commuters. Commuters were getting out of their cars and fights broke out all over the place. I was part of a squad that was issued an M60 Machine Gun to overwatch the bridge. The crowd dispersed immediately when we set up. Little did they know that we had not been issued any ammunition. LOL

Trump says members of Jan. 6 Select Committee should go to jail (msnbc.com)
Trump is out of his mind. There would be those that would agree with me on this. If Trump were to get himself back in the White House, He's probably pardoned the January 6 attackers such as the Proud Boys and the Oath Keeper for their actions on the date of January 6. I consider this uncalled for and I mean it. Trump probably had something to do with it and it won't surprise me if and when he gets caught, He'll have to face the consequences for his actions and will be required to do so. Why doesn't Trump accept the consequences for his actions? Trump is a crazy person and is insane and we should all know this.

Oh also I remember the Vietnam war and the protesters against the war and the riots that went on. I also remember the assassinations of John F. Kennedy and his brother Robert F. Kennedy and the assassination of Martin Luthur King Jr. and the history that went along with it. The leaders chose to escalate the war and another side chose to oppose it. I remember the Haight Ashbury neighborhood back in the 1960s and I understood what they were all about and the goings on during that time. I know all about it. Thank you. That's all I'm going to say for now.

That's a good story I remember these events myself but I was in Junior high school back then. I had a cousin in law that went to Vietnam.
