    And?

Why don't you place the blame where it belongs?

Democrats are abusing their power. They are making a mockery of The Constitution and the impeachment process.

Trump should be commended for his defense of the executive branch from the attempts at the usurpation of its powers by the corrupt Democrats.

You've never made a point yet! Meanwhile Trump defies the constitution and the impeachment process by withholding evidence, documents and witnesses. Trump is losing the American people with his forever coverup routine. Nixon was smashed by the fact that his coverup was worse than the crime. Trump has no sense of history, just a dumb psycho.

The current administration is within its rights to refuse any cooperation as long as Democrats use unconstitutional means to get what they want. Democrats have been exposed as frauds and hypocrites once again. Simply follow the lrules and vote.

    This sums it up.

"Your inquiry is constitutionally invalid and a violation of due process,” Cipollone argued. “In the history of our Nation, the House of Representatives has never attempted to launch an impeachment inquiry against the President without a majority of the House taking political accountability for that decision by voting to authorize such a dramatic constitutional step.”

This post is a ridiculous attempt to allow Trump to violate the constitution and the impeachment process. The text that follows the "This sums it up" phrase is pure nonsense. Precedent shows the House is not under advisement from outsiders.

The Constitution makes it clear the House has the “sole” discretion to impeach and the Senate has the “sole” ability to hold a trial.

In other words, impeachment is purely a function of the legislative branch; not the executive, and not the judicial. A 1993 US Supreme Court case around the impeachment of federal Judge Walter Nixon upheld this finding, saying the courts would not weigh in on Congress’s impeachment procedures because it could violate the separation of powers.
Trump's sickening attempt to deny the separation of powers by telling the House how to proceed with impeachment is self serving and as usual shows his contempt for the American people by feeding them false and misleading information. He declares he has nothing to hide while at the same time he deliberately and illegally blocks requests for documents, and witnesses. Let's not defend him with false and ignorant statements about how the impeachment process works.

Who are you referring to? My original statement was about an ingnoramouse psychopath who became president. Trump is not a "her" or at least I don't think so.

The Judiciary has NO authority to investigate with out a full vote. It's why the White House is refusing to cooperate with this abuse of power.

It is the House which is investigating, not the Judiciary.

There are no such rules. The constitution only states that the house conducts the impeachment. Your statement is blatantly false and simply supports a corrupt President. I guess you like Soviet Style leadership.

If you meant that, you should have said so. The Judiciary is the legal system.

It's clear the House is in chaos, but there again, it does have poor leadership. What a mess.

The impeachment process must be initiated in the House of Representatives with the passage of a resolution listing the charges or “Articles of Impeachment” against the official being impeached.

If passed by the House, the Articles of Impeachment are considered by the Senate in a trial presided over by the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, with the 100 Senators serving as the jury.

Can that be done by one or two individuals or a house vote? I would read it as a house vote and I would assume you would need a majority.

That was horrific written and legally deficient letter that does absolutely nothing to establish why the House must vote on an impeachment inquiry before they vote on articles of impeachment.
