Maybe she didn't want to use these....maybe she wanted to use the prescription her doctor gave her....the freedom to choose, like every other American has....

NOPE, the pharmacist/pastor is an employee and is NOT free to dispense his "morals" on others. He has NO right, as an employee, to decide who gets what drug.

Oh? I didn't know he wanted an abortion …...now maybe you could actually address what was in my post that you quoted ( but I doubt you will)

If one wants to keep their job, yes, INTELLIGENT , mentally stable , employees do as the company directs them.

It is a choice, follow their rules or lose your job..

I wonder why this perverted mentally unstable pharmacist who thinks he's god ( a mental illness) sells condoms or Viagra...how hypocritical of him but not surprising in a flaming misogynist...

Justification for murder and trying to force someone to be an accessory to murder is authoritarianism..

Maybe you should learn what a morning after pill is before commenting AND WHEN it is used........

There was no "child", no "fetus" .....the woman was NOT pregnant.

LOLOLOL, the attack of the "unknowing" ...and the "I don't want to know the facts" faction...:)

LOL..It's called the "morning AFTER " pill ...and I bet some here are scratching their heads wondering, "After what? " :roflol::roflol::roflol:

If he believes " when a sperm goes inside an egg it is a baby." then he is an IDIOT.

WHAT FETUS? WHERE is this fetus you keep referring to? It couldn't be the woman's since she wasn't pregnant !!!!!!!

This is the entire premise the LWs want to weaponize law to enforce there perverted beliefs on others and force them to comply

Am I telling you what to do ?

    Nope

Use a coat hanger as far as I am concerned, dont use the law to force me to buy something or bow down to you.

That certainly sums up the pharmacist ! :) :) It also shows his lack of concern for laws, Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of happiness and anything else America stands for.

It also shows his lack of concern for his employer and their wishes.

Actually five days and can be ordered directly with next day delivery and if she is going to rely on condoms then take responsibility and have a pill on hand.

What makes you think the pharmacist had the stuff in stock? Why would he even order it if it's something he doesn't want to sell?

What is the betrayal of "the public trust" and where is that in the law?

Nope. Your skills of measuring a distance just sucks. You wrongly assumed the woman went out of it's way to find some Christian pharmacy who refused to sell her the drug she needed. All the 3 pharmacies she visited have as policy to sell that drug. All of them are closer by than your option. That just crashes your entire argument.

Because they had it in stock as per the numerous articles.
It was not his store, he was a pharmacist. Most pharmacies have numerous pharmacist’s that work there, pharmacy Assistant, Pharmacy Manager, various inventory personnel, Pharmacist In Charge, Pharmacy Intern, Pharmacy Technician...
He was one of many people that exist solely to dispense medication as prescribed.

The morning after pill does not terminate pregnancy, you have no idea what you are talking about.
You have an excuse, you can claim ignorance — he doesn’t. He knows how these medications work and he knows it is incapable of termination of a pregnancy.

Some perspective is in order. The woman was not experiencing a medical emergency. She was merely exercising a personal preference, in response to something she willingly (via not having been raped) sought.

With the proper perspective your "50 miles" argument is comedy.
