The ultimate expense of the DP are the appeals that goes on for years - like 20+..... that's crazy when there's proof beyond a reasonable doubt, plus the fact that many killers confess........

Call it 'revenge' if you want, UM - the KIDS who are murdered, like the 9 yr old girl in the other thread who was murdered by her baby-sitter, then he dismembered her..... he deserves the DP...... period.

That's what it is.

A primitive "eye for an eye" mentality that has no place in modern society.

Make no mistake though, I'm just as outraged and disgusted at the crime you've described as everyone else is. However, I've managed to evolve past the aforementioned primitive response.

 

'Primitives' such as this monster do not deserve another chance in this life.The world is better rid of such scum -permanently.

We have a similar monster in Australia, who has been convicted of a number of murders, and is a suspect for a number of other despicable murders. He is constantly appealing against the severity of his sentences, at the taxpayers' expense, of course.

The Law really is an ass!
