While I agree with what LTC Scheller had to say 1,000%, active duty military personnel do not share the same freedom of speech to speak out against the civilian leadership as we civilians or even veterans have. Just like Milley violated the law if he did what has been alleged, Scheller is guilty of violating the UCMJ for his public statements (assuming he did in fact say what he is alleged to have said), though I hope they go lightly on him and allow him to continue to serve in his current rank (his chances of promotion even if the Courts Martial does go lightly on him are precisely zero at this point) until he is forced to retire by missing two consecutive promotion opportunities. That's how it works with officers with the "up or out" policies. Miss two promotions for whatever reason, and you will be separated from the service, and hopefully in this case, he already has, or will have by the time that inevitable failure to be promoted happens, his full 20.

Doing a psychological portrait of him is a breeze for any psychiatrist.

To keep power, Trump tried to overturn an election and pressured Pence not to certify the vote.

Trump is an autocrat who has trampled the Constitution.

If democratic institutions had been weaker in this country, the U.S. would be a nation like Russia today.
