Why would you go to the Fed for financial advice? They have to say things are rosy otherwise the house of cards tumbles down. In reality things are getting worse. Japan is ahead of the rest of the world because they've doubled down on the philosophies we pioneered. Negative interest rates, gotta love it.

No, change the mass of legal gray-tones in white or black, in which the dominions of Wall Street prefer to move. You have investigate by your own, what it all goes there, because there is for idiotic reasons no laws against... or no one controls it. Investigate for example a little bit deeper why it was so easy possible to give credits for house builders who were by no way able to pay back the credit with their income, but anyone there gave a crap on it ... and what then happened with all these credits inside the financial market!
not sure what the other posters are reading but she clearly says I hope first. She also says Trump should not wind back banking regulation as that would increase the odds of another financial crisis...
