Except for the bottom quintile that pays about 20%. Google the only tax graph you need to know. What you say is the GOP brainwash. And this has caused the worst inequality and upward mobility in our history. We have to tax the rich their fair share along with giant corporations and invest in America and Americans again for the first time since Reagan.
