Your favorite exercises

    I wasn't sure if this was the right place for this, but it was the closest thing I could find. I'm getting back into working out regularly, and I'd love to hear your favorite exercises. It can be your favorite for any reason: you love the way it feels, you love the results . . . you love how much you hate it (looking at you wall sits).

    My own current favorite is a suitcase carry. I've got a few kettlebells around, and a few times during the day I'll pick one up and just walk around the house doing whatever else I'm doing at the moment. Pullups used to be my favorite, but I'll be honest, I can only do one at the moment, so I'm bumping that down to the "love to hate" category.

    Hindu pushups are another of my favorites, and I've been loving overcoming isometric holds using a chain, board, and bar. This was something Bruce Lee used to be really into, and I don't know how much good it is actually doing me, but it feels good, and I can do it every day without needing recovery time.
