Zeihan has stuck this in a bunch of his videos. He thinks China will soon hit a wall; because the population is aging really fast, because the debt levels are crazy high, and a variety of other problems. This, assuming it happens, will not be the first time China collapsed. It's one of the great fears the Chinese have, a collapse into what they call warlordism. Which is a bunch of small time dictators fighting each other for dominance. I don't know, but the troubles they are having with Covid seems to support his argument. Anyway, curious what you think:
