You have never been through a criminal trial before, have you Bluesguy? And from your posts, you are getting your uninformed information from teleivsion shows, crime drama movies, etc.

    1. The lab report, which I finally have read now, shows minor stains on the shirt which indicates a struggle, an altercation, but it does not indicate who was beating up who, even with the minor injuries that GZ sustained. None of this proves, one way or the other, GZ's story at this time. You can presume, or assume that is ithe case, but that assumption is not proof whatsoever.

    2. All the evidence is circumstantial Bluesguy. Depending on how the evidence is presented by the DA and the Defense will way heavily on the guilt or innoncence of GZ. This forum is merely to discuss all knwn evidence that has been released while it is up to the individual to state their opinion. This is what you ahve done, but at the end of the day, it is your opinion. Opinions cannot be proven right or wrong in this debate.

    3. There is approximately 2 minutes, 30 seconds of what is not known in the case of GZ. If you claim the struggle lasted 40 seconds, then it is hard to show that GZ was being severely beaten. Keep in mind that witnesses have claimed both GZ and TM on top at times. Also keep in mind that before any physicial confrontation, verbal confrontation also occured.

If w take the time frome of 40 seconds, then you have to account 15 seconds for verbal arguments follow by 25 seconds of physicial altercation. Hardly enough time to be "severely beaten up" as you claim.

    4. You keep harping that it is only the peosecution that must prove its case. This shows your lack of experience, lack of education, lack of everything else on the topic. You are partially correct. Howver, what you fail to realize is that the Defense has to present its case and convince the jury that their side is right. However, the defense's bar of proof is much lower than the prosecution. The point is that we have an adversarial judicial system in which both the prosecution and the defense play active parts in the trial process. you are making the allusion that the defense really has to do nothing and let the prosecution do "all the work." Again, this shows lack of experience, lack of knowledge on the subject.

I would rather you have posted the link without the comments, but it is clear where you are getting your information, and beliefs of the case. The commonets made by an alleged former police officer raises sone interessting questions of why he left the police force to begin with. And what I find particulaily interesting in the comments is that he leaves out one cardinal rule for obtaining testimony: unbias toward the witness. Asking questions about another attorney on what their motives are is generally prohibited in court, unless there is direct evidence to the contrary. Assertions by Pj media and other so called "conservative" commentators have placed inappropiate attitudes toward this case.

But lets take a look at Dee Dee's testimoy.
[QUOTEDee Dee: Like, when he come home, or..?

BDLR: Yeah, tell what happened as he’s talking to you when he’s leaving the store…on his way back home.

Dee Dee: When he was leaving the store, he just told me that he bought drinks…and it about to rain.

    BDLR: OK, and then what?

Dee Dee: It about to rain..he about to get to…inside a thing. It started raining.

BDLR: It started raining, and did he go somewhere?

Dee Dee: Yeah. He ran to the um…mail thing.

    BDLR: Like…I’m sorry…what?

    Dee Dee: Like the mail…like a shed…

    BDLR: Like a shed…like a mail area…

    Dee Dee: Yeah.

    BDLR: Like a covered area…

    Dee Dee: Yeah.

    BDLR: Because it was raining?

    Dee Dee: Yeah.

BDLR: So, did he tell you that he was already inside, like the gated place?

Dee Dee: Yeah, he ran in there.

    BDLR: OK…]
After reading the transcript and listening to the interview, there were several points of interest. The sction I posted above is probably when we can cross refence when TM and GZ were at the same location. This is where GZ probably first noticesd TM aas "suspicious" and Dee Dee talking to TM.

[QUOTEBDLR: OK, and what else did he …did Trayvon tell you?

    Dee Dee: And like…

BDLR: And I know this is difficult for you, but just take your time and tell us what you remember happening.

Dee Dee: A couple minutes later he come and tell me this man is watchin’ him.
    ]
This is interesting. If TM told dee Dee that someone was watching him, presumbably GZ, that palces some damage toward GZ creditility that he was on the way to Target and was doing nothing wrong.

this acknowledges that TM and GZ saw each other at some point, probably at the "mail thing" where TM and GZ were at.

This also confirms that GZ and TM were at the same location and we could proably deduce the approximate time when GZ was talking to the 911 operator. We also know that this confirms that GZ started walking, presumably following, TM. This can be very damaging to GZ because it can be shown that GZ was now acting under the auspices of neighborhood watch.

DeeDee testimony is lies. Unless BDLR is going to be able to lead her like he did before her testimony is worthless to the prosecution.

Shey was lying when she said it was raining? Or when TM went to the "mail thing?" Or when TM ran attempted to escape from GZ? Are those lies?

Yes, probably. Do you know why she knew her 10 year long friend was killed after this incident, yet she never went to the cops or told anyone, until confronted by Tracy Martin two weeks later? Do you think the jury will think thats normal? Its time to let go of the DeeDee fantasy, shes part of a scam that is beyond your comprehension.

So, now its elevated to conspiracy? You do know that O'Mara cannot make that claim in court unless there is evidence and you have none.

This is where Alwayssa chimes in with a speech about how there are no facts in this case...LOL!

He was doing an interview crying about how its so unfair other races can wear a hoodie and blacks can't, I mean he needs to just ****. Maybe he needs to focus on why there are actual black kids who dress like this and are in gangs called GOONS, and start something positive there instead of crying about the crap the blacks brought on themselves. If they cant stand the heat, get out of the kitchen. I hope Crump is disbarred, the unethical SOB. He's worse than an ambulance chaser. Hes using his profession to keep hate alive.

I think Crump just embarrasses himself whenever he speaks and discredits the case against GZ.

The story Crump invented is clearly false when the evidence is examined. The innocent little boy was really not so innocent and was killed because if his own actions.

Several including a capital murder trail as a member of the jury.

And you attempts at condescension do not hide the fact you made a fallacious statement.

There WAS blood found on Martin's clothing and one of those bloodstains came from Zimmerman's blood.

Glad you finally admit what you previously denied and bothered to read all the evidence. The evidence supports Zimmerman and the fact that a struggled ensued and yes Zimmerman bled on Martin. When you view the evidence in toto the preponderance of it supports Zimmerman.

ROFL no it is not, much of it is physical. You should learn the difference.

No it is far less than that, about 15-20 seconds from the time he hangs up with the dispatcher and the confrontation occurs.

Go read the evidence, and 14 calls for help during that time.
We know the extent he was beaten, a broken nose and lacerations to the skin on the back of his skull, the thickest skin on your body.

One witness who changed their mind, all the others clearly state it was Martin on top. Martin displayed NO injuries of a beating or assault.

Where have I ever said otherwise. Martin verbally confronted Zimmerman. Zimmerman was reaching for his phone to call the police when Martin assaulted him.
And once again your ignorance of the law is blaring. You don't have to wait to become "severely beaten up" to defend yourself. The beating he took WAS severe enough and threatening enough for him to defend himself.

Your stating otherwise shows a total ignorance of self defense law and burden of proof.

Its like how far are you going to take this? Are you seriously going to take it all the way to trial and have MOM throw this all up in your face? Does Tracy Martin not think hes going to be deposed? He started all of this, and its way past the, oh hes a poor dad who is just so mentally messed up over his sons death he does not know what hes doing. He knows EXACTLY what hes doing and Sybrina Fulton is drugged up to go along with all these lies about their beloved son. There will be no respect given in court for their feelings when a mans life is hanging in the balance here, all gloves are off. I mean is it seriously worth all this fame, fun, and money over lies about your son?

It's what we do around here, post things with our comments.
It is clear you want to cloud the issue now with specious comments.
I think I made that clear. He did not see Zimmerman following him, he saw him watching him.

It does nothing of the sort, one does not preclude the other and watching someone is not doing something wrong.

That has been clear for months now.

We know the exact time from the 911 transcripts and we have known from the getgo that after Martin ran off, after walking around Zimmerman's care for approx. 42 seconds he ran off. That is when Zimmerman exited his vehicle to attempt to see which way he ran. Nothing illegal, nothing wrong, in fact the dispatcher asked him if he could tell them which way he went.

Actually no, Zimmerman was still in the car and Martin was the one walking around it. He tells her he is behind the car, how do you follow someone who is behind you, unfortunately the interviewer let's this slid by without clearing it up.

He hasn't run off and the distance between them is a factor of Martin's actions not Zimmerman's.

Ahhh go back to where you left off Martin running off, telling Dee Dee several times he has lost they guy, that he is running to his Dad's apartment, that he has gotten to his Dad's apartment and he has still lost the guy.

Why did you leave all that out?

You've presented nothing that damages or conflicts Zimmerman, in fact it supports him especially when you don't edit out the key events between the time Martin ran off and when he confronted Zimmerman. All that happened before Martin ran off is of no bearing on anything. That Martin did run off and was back at the apartment where he could have simply gone inside and sat down, that he had no idea where Zimmerman was and Zimmerman had no idea where Martin was proves no one was following anyone at the time. If proves Martin went back to the t junction and confronted Zimmerman.

Crump has to be wrong, because heaven knows anytime a black male is murdered in this country it is justified, because every black male is a criminal.

Trayvon ran all the way home and turned around and went around the other side of the houses got in front of Zimmerman, waited in the bushes and walked up to Zimmerman and said, "why are you following me", Zimmerman's reply, "What are you doing in this neighborhood", Trayvon punched him and Zimmerman fell to the ground almost unconscience, then Trayvon jumped on him gave him a couple of more blows, then he just layed on top of Zimmerman pinning him to the ground. At which time Zimmerman started screaming, "help, help, help" at that time Trayvon put his hands over Zimmerman's mouth and nose. Zimmerman shocked and scared just lied there and did not move. Trayvon look down and saw Zimmerman's gun and said, "you are going to die to night" at that moment Zimmerman had flashes of his father, mother, brother and wife go through his mind, all of the sudden he found the strength to grab his gun first and fire the fatal shot and save his life from this young murdererous thug.

Now granted I am 28yrs old and outweigh this kid by almost 40lbs, I just followed and chased him in a friendly manner, lost sight of him and I was going back to my truck to go ahead and go to Target and do some shopping never thinking this young punk would actually come back and assault me. I just lay there on the ground not moving and being assaulted until I thought about my beautiful wife Shellie and then I got the strength to fight back, not with my fist but I remembered I was packing and that my gun would do what I could not do and that was win the day.

Z went back to his truck as he was the one waiting on the cops. M was not thinking about cops at any point ... except maybe in a flash after "You got me".)
