So you and your bigoted friends just made up some random definition of "marriage".......and you think that everybody else should abide by your 19th century ideas when the world is leaving you behind in your hatred. So "you" don't want to loosen the definition of marriage.....who the hell died and made "you" sheriff when loving polygamists just want the same benefits you are entitled to.........for instance why should one man not be able to leave his social security benefits to as many women as he wants.....there's plenty of money out there......if that's what he wants to do then that is his 'right'.......right?

Yes, the defense now has even less reason to put GZ on the stand. Unless something drastic changes in these procedings we will not be seeing GZ take the witness stand. Another awful day for the state.

The Defense seems to be doing very well with the Prosecution's witnesses. From what was presented today, through the law enforcement investigators, Zimmerman came across as a man who was (believably) in fear for his life (suspect he hadn't had many fights as a youth) and found the taking of life sinful and regrettable. Don't see where the prosecution is making their case.

Profoundly and emphatically sad when Zimmerman stated something to affect that Martin said "you got me" after being shot. Reminded me of when children play cowboys and indians or soldiers at war...except this was of course deadly real for eternity.

No one need point out the assault on Zimmerman, who at this point appears to be (from the testimony I've heard) innocent of the charge of Second Degree Murder.

Yeah, I don't think GZ said he actually saw TM come from behind any bushes, only that he didn't see him coming or where he came from and then speculated at one point bushes. Dee Dee's testimony of TM whispering suggests and is consistent with GZ's testimony of TM sneaking up on him.

No that's not it.She is being programmed to tout the MSNBC Al Sharpton
{he's gonna have his pound of whitey flesh no matter what}.
Sharpton lied all along about this. That Zimmerman was never arrested let alone
questioned.Even said he thought Zimmerman was probably allowed to take his
gun home that very night. That Trayvon wasn't involved in any confrontation
and if there was a confrontation it was impossible for Trayvon to be the
    aggressor.Pure adulterated one-sided Bigotry.What has marked Sharpton's
    life like no other American.

The state doesn't need Zimmy to take the stand ... certainly not after today.

GZ doesn't explain why would he feel TM would be reaching for a holstered firearm he had no reason to assome was there on a pitch-black rainy night. There is no other evidence among the witnesses including Goode that indicates TM was making any statements.

GZ also states he spread TM arms post death and he talked to him post hollow point to the chest.

It's also a farce to believe GZ (as his lawyer would want you to believe) didn't know Martin was dead when he walked calmy away from the body post shooting. GZ claims Martin did and said a whole lot of things.
He even states he attempted to flee toward the direction Martin was originally headed at the start of the scuffle. He uses that statement to connect the dots of why the scuffle began 15-20 feet away from where he shot the kid.

There are no facts that suggest GZ ever came between TM and his father's residence. TM had run off and had a healthy lead on GZ when he exited his vehicle. GZ talked for a considerable amount of time in a calm voice with the operator, so he clearly wasn't sprinting after GZ and getting between him and his destination.

He did make a statement concerning the bushes originally but I'm sure he redacted after seeing there weren't any bushes there the next morning prior to the interview. He had a whole day to prepare for the video taped interview.
That video was shot at 5PM the following day.

Which reminds me, you were previously claiming that the prosecution had a sealed confession from GZ that they would be revealing during the trial. I haven't heard you mention that one for awhile.

Can't help you on all of it Don, but the State played most of the reenactment and the question of GZ by the police.......crazy, huh!!!!!

Sereno (sp) said he believed GZ's story, that he felt there was enough evidence to support GZ's story, and that there was great pressure to take this case to trial. Basically, from what I saw, another day where GZ had two Defense teams.

Yes, there were bushes....lots of them. That came up in the trial.

    Unbelievable.

Serously, things have regressed so far we are back to the claim of there being no bushes at the crime scene?

It's like you Trayvon supporters are on a loop.

You guys make a false claim, we debunk it.

Days, weeks, months later you make the same false claim again.

In short, Zimmy freely and with prescence of mind waived his rights to remain silent to prove he's Guilty .... LOL.

Circle is a colloquialism for arcing around or past, not walking 360 degrees around. I'm sure you already know that.

And yet you fail to give a single example.

It's just organized trolling driven by sour grapes. This case is a progressive cluster-frack. Iy always has been.

It just goes to show that angry blacks whipped into a frenzy by the civil rights Nazis and mainstream media can scare white politicians into obstructing justice.
