Let's see a point of clarification. The judge revoked bail because Z was dishonest and even after the judge reached that conclusion you still claim he has credibility? Agendacitis is scary brain paralysis.

Z was not treated fairly because they did more investigating on the dead unarmed 17 year old than the idiot that killed him.

Makes perfect sense! When people have money in an account on the net they have no way to find out how much is in the account.

I don't think he is innocent in this. He claimed to have not learned about the money until five days after the bail hearing. However, on the video, there is a guy looking a lot like Omara sitting in court when the prosecutor asked Z's wife about the money. Knowing he declared Z to be indigent, he had a professional and ethical obligation to ask for a recess so the amount could be verified.

 

Finally you admit he lied. Bravo. Sort of. We knew he lied at the hearing but you guys denied it. His lawyer is not a victim at all because when the prosecutor asked Z's wife about the money in the account he became aware of it during the bail hearing so he should have found out how much was there.

 

I don't see how any of this impacts any of the evidence that supports Zimmerman's claim of self-defense. The actual physical evidence (head wounds on Zimmerman, abrasion on Trayvon's hand, THC in Trayvon's system, etc.) still exist as evidence. About all that has changed is Zimmerman likely being charged with perjury.

 

That is absolutely completely false. When Z set up his website he said that money would be used for.......everything. Not just his defense. It is freaking hilarious you guys can't even honestly state the facts because you want so bad to keep Z's halo in place.

Its like GZ's use of Adderal and Restoril has no bearing on the case UNLESS GZ wants to plead some sort of diminished capacity.

 

In case you are unaware, the physical evidence does not support Z's claim of self defense so the largest tool available is his credibility. When this happened last month myself and several others pointed out Z lied at his first court appearance. Z supporters completely denied he lied and most still refuse to admit it.

This also shifted Z's wife role in the trial. She is now a witness for the prosecution.

In one of their recorded calls, she is actually at the bank linked to the pay pal account and they try to speak in code to disguise the amount. She was going to be a good witness for the defense but I seriously doubt Omara would put her on the stand. I have no doubt the prosecution will call her as a witness.

Did you see where the judge said his wife should be charged with perjury? They should charge Z as well because it would make quite an impression on the jury if they heard Z's first court appearance included perjury.

Call it a CYA safeguard. The THC present in Trayvon's system is relevant just in case Crump's team tried to use Zimmerman's prescription against him.

 

Actually it does. Quite a lot. The only evidence T attacked Z first is Z's claim. This blows a big hole in his credibility which is the only currency he has to get an acquittal.

If someone will lie under oath about how much money he has, he will surely lie about what happened that night.
