The left in the West wanted worldwide redistribution, they got it. In our globalized world, the West cannot afford to demand high wages and low product costs, as we are being equalized with 3rd world countries. We will need to start living in poverty like the majority of people have in these 3rd world banana republics that we are importing wholesale into our advanced countries.

 

The left want us to be the world's babysitters, but not the world's police.

It does not say why they are striking. Are their concerns important?

 

Be it protests, civil disobedience, or strikes, this is typical of the left, make everyone's life miserable until they get what they want. There are certain industries which should be allowed to strike or even be unionized.

 

I dont think we need to ban all unions, just unions against tax payers, like the teachers union, and state and federal employees unions....

Its idiotic to create a union for the extortion of tax payers.

 

How about banning REPUBLICAN unions (Republican Congress) who shut town the country on occasion in order to get "what they want"!

And who cause billions of heartache and damage!

Please note that the Republicans continued getting their government health insurance, paychecks and payoffs from lobbyists too!

As an example to the country and the world, these Republican Congressmen would be impeached the first day they do it!

 

Even if there were no unions, what could you possibly do if all the workers decided en mass to stop working?

 

Making everyone's life miserable??? What are you kidding me, correct me if I'm wrong but these strikers aren't being paid, so they are taking a huge risk and are no doubt miserable as well.

There is no extortion being done, in case you didn't know that, it is against the law. Whoever does the bargaining for the municipality has to voluntarily agree or there is no deal. No one puts a gun to their head contrary to what garbage you might be fed and accept. Nobody should work for the government and starve.

They are protesting against a bill the French president made, and signed, while he refused the parliament to have a vote on it. This is typical far right principles of tyranny. The US population would go out of it's mind if any president would do that.
