He could have tried to hang himself. It could have been caused by a choke hold. He could have eaten undercooked pork and worms ate his brain. The local water may have gotten him. He could have been water boarded incorrectly. There are a dozen possible explanations. Hopefully, the autopsy will tell us something.
______ You can't blame the family after all he had been through. Perhaps a full body MRI, or CAT scan will be enough to get the information Medical Examiners seeking.
I thought things like that had already been done. I seem to recall the family of the Supreme Court justice that recently died also refused an autopsy for him...In cases like this I wonder what families are really thinking, or if they are.
I've read North Korean diplomats in the west have expressed concern over this casualty (always in anonymity since they are not authorized to speak).
______ I'm not sure that a complete scan was employed. They were more interested on his heart, lungs and brain.
As well they should. IMO the incident will remove any residual sympathy anyone in the West might have for the fate of their illustrious Leader.
______ So much for the food in NK full of botulism. What kind of drugs are available to prisoners if any in NK?
The linked article suggested the US physicians had more or less ruled that out. The theory is some sort of oxygen stoppage caused massive brain damage.
______ That was most likely done physically with some form of force that would not leave marks for long periods..
From what I gather at Mar-a-Lago Trump gave Xi 100 days to get Kim to straighten out and fly right, those days end July 16. Trump appreciates the effort China has made, but evidently it has not had much effect. Killing Warmbier hasn't gained Kim accolades anywhere, only PutÃn seems at all sympathetic, nobody of any consequence would raise an eyebrow if a bunch of Tomahawks skimmed to targets in North Korea, but China. Trump told Xi if China couldn't handle Kim he would, the question is whether China has until July 16th or Warmbier precipitates things.
