Just as an FYI, I just left a job where we gave a lady her 40 year retirement party. She had MS so bad she couldn't talk, only those of us who had worked there for a while could understand her.

She was as crooked as a question mark, could barely walk (used a 4 legged walker to get around), but that woman got up every morning, got dressed even though I'm sure it was painful and took her a long time, and went to work every day for 40 years.

I had more respect for that woman than anyone I've ever met. She thanked me after her party by telling me that I was only one of a handful of people that treated her like a normal human being, which of course she was.

If she can work, so can most people.

I have always wondered about this part. I'm not a Christian, but the fact that what one is accustomed to hear about Christian philosophy is definitely not present in the extreme right. Why aren't more Christian denouncing this? Before you wrote this, the only other Christian who expressed this was the Pope. And I know this means nothing to Trump (who is not Catholic), but it should mean a lot to Catholics.

I heard recently that being left or right is genetic. I believe that for genetics seem to determine disposition and the quality of beliefs when it comes to socio/political beliefs. And we never need to cast away, or exterminate either the left or the right, as long as one has a democratic form of gov't. For both will counter balance and keep either extreme from ruling, which would turn into a failed state. Under a dictatorship either one would be hell on earth for the citizens. So all is not good on the left which you seem to think. Madness is generated on both sides in purism. So, you should be thankful that each are counter balanced, by the other extreme, so optimally we end up in the saner middle ground. Of course we run into deep **** when each side is not tempered by the other, and that is what we all should fear.

One of the memorable right wingnut utterances came a few years ago after the crash of 08, when in a discussion I heard several right wingnuts say, that these unemployed people should get off of their lazy left wing arses and get a job instead of seeking public assistance. At the time, nationally, if you added up the unemployed and then added up the available open jobs, the unemployed exceeded the available jobs something like 5 to 1. So if every available job was taken, there would still be millions left unemployed, with no job for them to take. And yet when this hard fact was pointed out by some astute intellect, it made no difference in the world with these right wingnuts. They acted like this just was not an acceptable reality and by god they would not accept it. Why? Because it showed the stupidity involved in being either totally left or right. The people that can transcend the genetics, by finding integrity and honesty in their life will never be a right wingnut nor a left wingnut. For a concerned, moral person of honestly and integrity is a mixture of what is called right wing principles and left wing principles. Purity is for Nazis and not decent, moral human beings of honesty and integrity.

So, yes much of what you wrote is dead on accurate, and yet chiding these people does nothing for they wear their purist right wing beliefs like a badge of honor. The same can be said of the left wingnuts. But neither side are really people of honesty and intellectual integrity

But which side is truly the worse, the most dishonest, the most lacking in morality and decency? And which side is worse in the principles they seem to hold on to? I really don't know, but only know both sides appear to be bat **** crazy in their purist positions and both sides are dishonest, lack integrity and drink from the fountain of hypocrisy whenever engaged in political argumentation. I think both the far extremes, left and right require some degree of sociopathy in order to embrace the extremes. Our trouble is, combined with the dishonesty, lack of integrity, and morality, these extremes these days get sent to DC to represent us. And instead of the left and the right compromising to find some sane middle ground, away from the insanity of extremes, this is not happening on the most important issues that affect our lives. And of course there is the problem of both sides not being left or right, but both being the same beast on some highly important issues, like open borders, and slave labor driven free trade globalization, because sometimes, many times, being the puppets of the elites is more important to them than being left or right.

 

One word: Hypocrisy.

They aren't Christians. It's that simple. They hide beyond their religion as they try to control other people. They rationalize the world away while doing the work of Satan. They are disgusting.

From what I hear, you get SSDI faster if you go ahead and get a lawyer specializing in this, given they can speed it up somewhat, for the system is designed to make people give up trying to get it, and many people are turned down a couple times before they get it. Kinda automatic unless you are dying and then they seem to make sure you die before they approve it.
