We interrupt this program to bring you Police State news. Unarmed man killed by police who fired 20 rounds at him Stephon Clark was in his grandmother’s backyard, trying to get into the house Sunday night when two Sacramento police officers loosed a fusillade of 20 bullets, killing him, Clark's family told ABC News. Police were responding to reports of a black male breaking into a car and hiding in a backyard in the 7500 block of 29th Street, officials said. When officers arrived, they saw Clark and he advanced toward them, holding an object in his hand, according to police. Initially, police reported that Clark, 22, was armed with a gun, then with a "toolbar," but all that was found on him was a cellphone. On Wednesday, police released video from the officers' body cameras as well as night-vision, thermal-imaging video from a Sacramento Sheriff’s Department helicopter. The chopper video shows Clark running from a neighbor's yard and leaping a fence into his grandmother's property. The deputies in the helicopter can be heard saying the suspect had broken a window on the house next door and was checking out another car in the driveway.
According to a press release earlier this week, police canvassed the area and found three vehicles with damages that they believed were caused by the suspect. There was also a nearby residence that had a sliding glass door shattered.
According to the spokesperson, Stephon Clark had prior felonies but would not go into detail about them.
“He was a people person. He always reminded me of an old teenager. He could talk about religion, politics. He was very intellectual,” Stevante Clark told ABC News. “He would stay at home with the kids. I was very proud of him.”
Why would the police in a liberal city in a hyper liberal state be worried about a black man? Do blacks, among the police in liberal cities and states, have a bad reputation or something?
And what color were the cops? If they were white that’s typically plastered with a yuge font in the headline.
Could have been worse. If Stephon Clark were have been armed with a gun, he would have likely been shot 30 times. But Clark being a convicted felon cant be in possession of a gun. Lessons learned, don't go out committing felonies like braking into cars without packing a gun. You never know when the cops will show up.
Did they run out of ammunition? Another black crime. Proximity to armed police while black. or, being unarmed when commanded to drop his weapon. or, not wearing a MAGA hat, or, .....
Strange how liberals and the media never report it that way when the cop is white. But it’s interesting that you can’t blame this on white people when you don’t know the race of the cop. If the cops were black, Brown, Islamic, or tranny, would your opinion change? What am I saying, of course it would.
That's too funny! The thug cops shoot the guy 20 times and before he hits the ground they're yelling "Show me your hands!". And then as rigor mortis is setting in they're yelling "Can you hear us?"
The video doesn't show the guy advancing toward the cops. They see him, yell at him, and start shooting.
Good video. Good shooting. As for the cops,. as the saying goes..."I would rather be judged by 12 than carried by 6." Another convicted felon on parole who was no way was going to give up knowing his parole would be revoked and be sent back to prison so Jerry Brown could release him back onto the streets in a month or so. I read these were two recent felonies. I'm betting that Stephon Clark would be alive today if it weren't for Jerry Brown and the liberals Prop 47 and Prop 57 that resulted in Clark being released early back on to the streets instead of doing his full time in prison.
People that criticize the number of shots don't understand how difficult it is to stop someone quickly with a handgun. The goal is to induce unconsciousness so they can't shoot back. The fastest way to do that is to fill them with a LOT of big holes in order to trigger a sudden drop in blood pressure (from massive sudden blood loss) which causes instant unconsciousness, but that usually takes a few hits to their center mass with a decent size caliber. Wounding them, even mortally wounding them, doesn't do jack if they have a weapon and can shoot you back or are close enough to stab you fatally especially if they are on drugs. A person can run/fight for a full 20+ seconds even AFTER they have taken a fatal shot to the heart and if they are on drugs they may not feel ANY pain or even realize they have been shot. If you have to stop someone at close range you shoot them until they hit the ground and the threat is over, or the mag is empty, which ever comes first (if you have a five shot .38 be prepared to start running or hitting them your empty pistol when the ammo runs out).
So the guy was black, it was dark, but the police knew the guy had a record and a gun. Guilty, sentenced to death on the spot. Police State justice was served.
being shot at by a lot of folks with society culture disintegration now and not following police commands are also the problem also come on
