I think your analysis forgot to 'cherry pick' the fact that blacks commit a highly disproportionate amount of the crime in this country (and everywhere they live in the world) and, therefore, are more likely to be encountered by law enforcement in a confrontational situation..........

And why do you think that is? Do you think they are just genetically preordained to have lower iq's? Commit more crimes? be more violent?

Or could it be the fact that we have marginalized an entire race of people in every way possible over the last 200 years, and we are paying the price as a society for that?

There was no personal attack in my posts; I was only pointing out that you are in no position to attack the collective character of our law enforcement. You insult them as if your profession is rocket science and you could do a better job. I challenged your claim and you backed down. LEOs are humans and are not all the same. Unfortunately, many are only looking at the negative news stories and passing judgement on everyone who wears the uniform. (Kind of like what racists do)

I don't know what you do for a living, but I do know it doesn't involve putting your life on the line to protect others.

Wrong. Even after he was on the ground he wasn't approached for some time. They still thought he was armed, and didn't know if he was conscious.

It was dark. It was dangerous. There was little info known at the time.

Your SJW appeals to emotion and "inferences" are a different thing from the reality, but its narrative driven, not fact based.

It was paid out for political reasons and he was holding the replica as opposed to your claim otherwise.

Actually, Native Americans top the list of deaths/killings per-capita by Police. Then come blacks, then hispanics, then whites, and lastly, Asians. That said, what your post and reasoning lack is the most important factor, which is conduct. Asians are the most law abiding of all Americans. I think that everyone knows this. Native and blacks are the least law abiding. And btw, cherries don't reek.

I am in exactly the right position to attack the collective character of the US law enforcement. I judge them through their actions, and they are ugly.

What my profession is, is totally irrelevant.

Plenty pass judgement of Muslims for what ISIS does, plenty pass judgment on black people for how many of them got arrested. Right wing people fail to spot the problem in that. But when it's about cops,... you lot whine like tree hugging hippies.

But you did not judge them by their actions; you judged 100% of them based on the actions of a few and then criticized others for doing what you did. You don't actually need me; you are doing a good job of arguing with yourself. Please continue...

The Israeli Jews with majority vote in time and time and time again governments who got ethnic cleansing on their agenda in order to expand their Jew state across their border. The bulk of the Israeli Jews join the IDF who do that ethnic cleansing and in this case the massacre of women and children with semi-automatic weapons when a pebble is thrown at them. So I am judging them by their actions.

He told him "DON'T" when was reaching for his waist band, he did anyway and got shot for it. The cop was acquitted in court because of it too.

He was hit a further 6 times in his back when he had already dropped. No time was given for him to follow any commands after he stopped running.

At no time was the gun being pointed at the officers or the car and your claim was "when he pointed it at them".

Why was he being asked to crawl, especially with crossed legs, in the first place while all those officers just watched?

I don't care what he said. You can't tell someone not to pick up their pants when telling them to crawl is what was causing their pants to fall off in the first place, and then kill them for it. He was clearly no threat. The only threat in that hallway was SWAT. They were malicious, maniacal bastards on a power trip, who are lucky that it wasn't my Son or Brother they humiliated and then murdered.

I never said they handled the situation well, and the officer was fired and will never work in Law Enforcement again.

Compliance is key to living through a police encounter.

Your claim it was in his pocket. As the car approaches he is turned towards it the gun in his right hand and arm crooked up at the elbow holding the gun up and pointing out.

the cop was acting like a raving mad man, it was hard to tell what he was saying, especially in the panicked state that young man was in, that was a bad cop and sad some are defending his actions, he killed a innocent young man

Last time I checked,.. the cops claimed their victim held an object that he "extended in front of him" while he moved towards the officers. The officers said they believed that Clark was pointing a gun at them. The police stated that the officers feared for their safety, hitting Clark multiple times.

But the autopsy proves they lied since they executed him from behind.

That is besides they they all deliberately muted their microphones after they massacres him. It's all about the cover up of what lying cowards did.

Black people are responsible for roughly 50% of the entire country's homicides and violent crime in general. It's hardly surprising they have a disproportionate amount of the contact with the police, and it has nothing to do with their race.

I've always loved the WA post's police shooting database by the way because you can break it down by characteristics. For instance, of the ~1000 shootings in 2016, only 18 of them were unarmed black men, and if you look in the incident descriptions, many of them were justified. If we throw in the iffy shootings of the other categories, we're looking at 20-30 cases of black men being killed in dubious circumstances a year, tops. Out of a police force of 850,000 officers, in a country of 320M people. It's funny because they set up the database with anti-police sentiment - only to prove that black people being killed by the police is utterly statistically insignificant and has been blown out of all proportion by media attention. Also funny that you don't realize the database doesn't support your narrative.
