My opinion? You were the one that said she was devoted to the people, and that Justice Thomas was devoted to some piece of paper. Obviously, I agree Justice Thomas is devoted to teh Constitution...that's his job...not individual people, like you think RBG is, and not to the Constitution

 

That "piece of paper" is the Constitution, and that "piece of paper" is the law of the land whether you want to believe it or not. I took an oath to defend that "piece of paper"(as you like to claim you did) and the contempt you demonstrate for that "piece of paper" marks you - AND Ginsburg - as proud members of that "foreign and domestic" crowd.

 

Your failure to realize that the constitution...that piece of paper...is there to serve the people. If you can not recognize that clearly you have become an enemy of the state as trump like to say and i will defend against all enemies of the state....both foreign and domestic.

AND the good of the people!

A runaway state that acts in defiance of the Constitution and rides roughshod over the rights of the people IS the enemy! If you defend the state over the rights of the people then you are indeed the enemy of the Constitution and of the American people!

There is no twisting of the constitution by RBG. There is a recognition that this is not the 1700's. That your writing on here is protected even though this is not speech for example. Put the people first. The constitution serves the people not the other way around.
