    1) People who "sat it out" effectively voted for Trump.

    2) People who voted 3rd Party effectively voted for Trump.

    3) People who voted for Trump

    ALL 3 (of the Above Groups) are Equally Responsible for the Egregious Trump Trainwreck.

    Well he was in session with the court. And wrote the prevailing decision 5 days ago.

    WASHINGTON – The Supreme Court issued its first closely divided ruling of the 2018-19 term Tuesday, but not along strict ideological lines.

    Associate Justice Clarence Thomas wrote the 5-4 decision, in which the court upheld a heavy criminal sentence for a defendant whose robbery conviction included the potential of force. Associate Justice Stephen Breyer joined four conservatives in the majority.
