Yes, I agree. This decision rendered by this judge was based upon his personal politics. Nothing more, in my opinion.

Prove me wrong. Shouldn't be that hard for you.

Your opinion means nothing. How many years have you been studying laws again?

It's scary that you think any judge can enforce any law or anything in the Constitution against anyone, even those at the very top.

That would give them almost unlimited immediate legal power.

If you have a claim, the burden of proof is on you.

Why do you think the judicial even exists then? I would love to hear this.

What law is being violated? This judge does not have the final decision on Constitutional law and his decision is clearly flawed.

You claimed the courts don't have full authority to uphold the Constitution. I along with same people know that is BS.

You read the ruling. Until the upper courts decide, this Judge's decision stands.

So you are unfamiliar with the appeals process and believe the decision of a lower court judge is final? That's truly amazing!

It's temporary and everyone knows it. You're taking it as something permanent.

We shall see. But until then, no more violating the Constitution for his wall.

Right. So it means nothing. We all get it. You certainly seemed quite excited by his political ruling however.

Nothing political about upholding the constitution. It's about rule of law.

I don't need an out. The rule of law will be upheld for now. Too bad for you and Trump he can't violate the Constitution right now for his wall.

I think you've been spoonfed myths about the judicial side of government.

They are not a real "branch" of government in the same way that Congress or the President is.
The President's main constitutional power is the veto power (and the pardon power, to a lesser extent). Besides that, all the power he has is given to him by Congress through law.

True. Thank God the Judge's opinion was correct. I don't agree with the POTUS pissing on our Constitution.

So you think the Judicial should allow the executive and legislative to violate the Constitution? Why?
