Not if he does something that he’s legally empowered to do. Congress may not like it, but if it’s legal, then he is actually employing laws THEY passed.

Congress allocates. It isn't one massive blank check. And the court system isn't saying anything other than what the Constitution says.

It isn't something he's legally allowed to do, hence the court decision.

What’s good for the goose, is good for the gander. Remember Harry's famous Nuclear option? How 's that working for the Democrats?

Good. You and yours applauded Obama, weren't you? The shoe is now on the other foot. Enjoy.

    It certainly is.

Now, would you put it past Trump to play games with Democrats minds and force them now to admit they don't care about the country's security?

Trump is taking money that has been appropriated for other things.

Trump's own game already proves he doesn't care about the country, unfortunately.

The lower court judge had his say. But he is not the final authority that decides what’s legal and what isn’t.

Using the hypocrisy of Dems to try to excuse the hypocrisy of Trumpists isn't going to fly with me.

His job is to rule on whether or not the law has been broken. He has. Until another court picks up an appeal, that is the final authority.

No, libertarians weren't applauding Obama. You are, once again, trying to excuse your own hypocrisy by trying to shift the focus to someone else's.

We weren't giving away free stuff for hundreds of years and the industrial revolution is over. Donny is not trying to save the day. He is practicing security theatre.

Like I think I said before, the next time you go to the local emergency room it would be poetic justice if it was overrun with these illegals. It would also be nice if multiple illegals who party and drink all night could occupy the house or dwelling on either side of you. Or maybe you or a member of your family could have an interaction with one of these illegals who love to drive drunk.

That's an interesting explanation. The other reason is that, in reality, there is not enough support within the Republican Party leadership to support enforcement of immigration law.
But now that Republicans have lost their majority and are reliant on the President's veto power, Trump has them by the balls.
Trump's actually fairly moderate on many issues and has threatened to make painful deals with the Democrats if the Republicans don't start going along with some of his trade/immigration objectives.

The legality of those tariffs are dubious, but not exactly outright illegal.

Dubious is a very generous characterization. It is a shame to see a President so willing to ignore the tax, spending, and appropriation clauses of the Constitution.

No. I am celebrating a Judge bitch slapping Trump, stopping him from violating the Constitution. It's a shame you Trumpies celebrate him pissing on it.

I'm not against the wall. I am against violating our Constitution to build it. It's a shame you so called conservatives don't feel the same way.

Look who's suddenly a fan of the constitution.

Can you post video from your protests against restrictions on the 2nd amendment?
