    I'm third party, and none of those complaints justify abandoning the Constitution and checks and balances. The Republican party is quickly becoming the party of big government and executive overreach.

    No. Trump just trying to carry out his duties and responsibilities and protecting America from foreign invasion. Dems, while being fully aware of the foreign invasion and the crisis at the border nonetheless deny its existence in order to deny Trump any success during his presidency.

    That's two, and I prefer the Constitution. Not sure why you prefer unchecked Executive power, but you will quickly change your tune when the next Dem is in office. That's why we have the checks and balances and separation of powers that you currently despise.

    I don't know how many times (D) congress must be told there is a state of emergency at the border. McAleenan, who served under Obama, just re-appointed by Trump, just declared a state of emergency existed while testifying before congress. (D)'s accused CPB & DHS of purposely neglecting detainees who died. Congress has refused to fund even CBP / DHS housing and care facilities that numerous CPB / DHS officials have been pleading for since 2017. After accusing CPB / DHS of causing 6 detainees deaths on Wednesday at a budget hearing, and getting yet another plea for funds, congress went on vacation without allocating a DIME.

    Yea, ok. Lets go over this one more time, Judges can't t say what is or isn’t a national emergency, that is the purview of the executive. And they can’t declare what money goes where, and how much. Again that is the purview of the executive. So yea is a breech of the sep. of powers.
