You seem to forget about countless wars in Asia and Africa. As for cruelty - in Africa in the 90s you could get your hands chopped off in quite a few regions. Rape is an extremely common occurrence in South Africa. Southeast Asia had its own soup of horrors.

Do I appear upset? Most conservatives allow insults and sluts to simply bounce off them, it's what mature and intelligent people do. So when one side continually calls the other side racist, bigots, haters, homophobes, etc, we simply don't care because we know the people who say that do so to hide their own racism, bigotry, etc. But I can rattle off words that set off liberals and can even make them cry.
