They can't. The Taliban have what amounts to a whole city of human shields right next to the airport. They could attack us and we can't retaliate without killing a whole messload of Afghan civilians. I guarantee you that the 82nd's rules of engagement don't allow counter-battery fire or airstrikes into Kabul, even if we had those assets available.

 

Biden wasn't limited by Trump's timeline (obviously). He decided to extend the timeline to September. If Biden didn't think that was enough time, he should have extended the timeline even more. This is on Biden. He didn't follow Trump's timeline, he made up his own (stupid one) to withdraw in the middle of the fighting season, for political reasons. He was more worried about his poll numbers than the safety of Americans and our Afghan allies.

 

Nikki is an even bigger moron than Biden - despite not having dementia - along with all the goofballs commentators at Fox.

She then trolls on about "Women's Rights" - while hand in hand with Saudi Arabia. Tell me how women's rights in El Saud are significantly different than Afghanistan.

"The world sees us as Less safe" - How so ? Tell us how the world is "Less Safe" - given we have spent the last 20 years turning Secular Muslim Nations into "Strict Sharia Vunderland"
