As you know, the 37 count federal indictment of Donald Trump was released.

In contains highly explosive and incriminating information.

I direct your attention to page 16, which is a transcript of the 'audio tape' that was reported on recently. Here, Trump is talking to a staffer, he admits that it's secret, he admits that he didn't declassify it but he could have if he were still president, and he shows it to the staffer, who does not have the clearance to review it, and the staffer comments on Trump's admission, with a 'Now we have a problem" and Trump replies, "Isn't that interesting?".

Here is page 16 with an excerpt of the taped conversation:

Before this, all I though we had was a 793 charge, and the obstruction charge, but on top of this, but here we have the president showing a classified document to someone without the required clearance. I don't know, off hand, what the charge is for that, but there are 37 counts, so a lot of ground is covered, but this takes it to another level, and the link to the full indictment is below, and we all should read it. Anyway, this is what got Reality Winner a 5 year jail term on one document alone. This is NOT the case, as I understand it, with Pence or Biden.

    Page 16 of:

The kind of recklessness revealed in this indictment clearly reveals Trump is not only a threat to Us National Security, he is wholly unfit for the office and the Republicans in the Senate had better get with the program and not let this man be the nominee for the GOP.

I bet the other candidates are secretly smiling, now they are going to have a chance.

I feel pretty confident Trump will be convicted. I mean, all told, their might be four indictments going on at the same time, the NY state case, the GA state case, the FLA case, and the Washington DC case, not to mention the NY $250,000,000 civil case. I'd sure hate to be Trump. What a load bear! But, you know what? You have to admit, Trump brought it all on himself. This is a classic case of 'the crows coming home to roost' on Trump. Or, otherwise known as 'Karma's a bitch".

However, those who holler 'unfair' or 'politics' the jury pool will likely be West Palm Beach, where he has a lot of supporters, and I heard Judge Cannon might be assigned to the case, whom Trump appointed, and is very Trump friendly ,as we learned a few months ago. If she is the judge, well, this could go either way. You never know how a hard core Trump fan will vote, they might just ignore the evidence, like many on the right on this forum are doing (when it comes to Trump).

I think this new evidence should easily squash any claim that the DOJ is 'out to get Trump' and, is in fact, applying the rule of law to the facts and treating Trump no differently than they would anyone else. Simply put, the facts surrounding Biden and Pence, in no way shape or form, come close to the incriminating evidence we have on Trump.

    Everyone should read the indictment.

Ehh...if there's anything Trump's base has proven, it's that they don't give a rat's ass what he does, at all.

The only deciding factor will be whether the Biden administration and the progressives in Congress continue to go off the deep end and drive centrist and right-leaning independents back to Trump.

In 2024 if it's Biden and Trump again, both men will have had a term to show the voters what they'll be like. Trump had that in 2020, but Biden didn't which I think helped him a bit. He was still a bit of an unknown, like Trump was before he was elected in 2016.

So you think that its Biden and the dems actually upholding the law, and exposing that everything that was reported is actually true, is driving people TO Trump ?

Some folks, yes. Because they don't care what Trump did and they believe all the propaganda about witch hunts. But for those undecideds, it's really going to be the state of the economy and the actions of the Biden administration and the progressives in Congress that would drive them to Trump just as much. For Trump and the Democrats hardcore bases, nothing will change, but the independents might sour on being sour on Trump if the state of the nation does not improve and the level of mania coming from the Democrats gets worse.

This has nothing to do with Biden or the dems. It’s law enforcement and a criminal defendant

Big effing deal, a former president has classified documents on him. But Democrats don't give a crap about a president selling out his own country for money. Big guy is done along with his corrupt family.

Let's hear the audio tape.... where would an audio tape just magically appear? Was the audio doctored? Specifically, what document was he talking about? Lot of garbage unanswered in this indictment...

Hey, I know let's use Biden's Dept. of Justice to prosecute his number one opponent in the 2024 presidential election. You can't make this stuff up folks. The US has totally become a third world country.

That dialogue should account for, at a minimum, three years in prison. It's an open and shut case.

Now we hear the moans: "Oh! You want to convict him without a trial!...". We have no power to convict in this forum. We DO have power to see the evidence and to conclude the inevitable.

It’s all in the indictment. Are you saying that unless you can see the classified documents you won’t believe it?

Oh, BTW, here are some more… IN A BATHROOM! ...

Trump is probably guilty of most of this, if not all of it. Though it is ironic that grand jury information leaked in great detail to the American Public. Something tells me Merrick Garland's DOJ won't prosecute the leakers who gave that information to the media.

But when Special Counsel tries to make the argument of presumption of innocence, that argument is lost when people were praying for this day since Hillary lost in 2016.

It is not possible for Trump to be tried as a criminal defendant and for the presumption of innocence to exist. With the leaks alone, it'll be hard to seat a jury who hadn't heard any information!

This is Democrat porn, and it's porn seven long years in the making.

    Again... just boxes....

As I asked and you keep skipping around it..... Please show us the classified documents here.....

And yes... it is his decision to decided what he keeps as personal... as has been decided already in court in 2012...

This has been decided in court in 2012 already...

Yeah, when they cite the 2012 case I do believe it has some merit of looking over but the key is that the President only has this discretion when he's President. Not after the fact, and as Trump idiotically with his big mouth confessed, he did not at that time declassify the information.

By his own petard, he sealed his guilt.

Yeah, so he admitted it was classified and could not show it to the public. Did he. No? So that's not the problem. Nothing shows that he knew he wasn't supposed to show it the the [Staffer]. Who is the [Staffer]? Staffer sounds like someone with some security clearance...
