What the few “Elite Liberals” currently in high office say and do is hardly reflective of what the vast majority of working Americans pursue believe and pursue. The Leftie Radical buddies of Obama such as Valerie Jarrett, Andy Van Jones and Bill Ayes are painfully out-of-touch with America.

Some of us have more of connection and commonality with our pioneer fore-bearers than others. Those of us who have been systematically denied, disqualified, restricted, exempted, withheld, refused, ignored, convicted ( of crimes done before our birth), discriminated against, and prejudged by Liberalism for the last forty years have had to find other means to survive, and we’ve gotten good at it.

When the Redistributionist house of cards collapses, we won’t miss the government nanny titty so much; we never “Qualified” for its largess anyway.

I, and my Brothers, Sons, Daughters, and fellow Productive Americans have no plans of quietly lying down on the sacrificial slab just to provide the Liberal Elites a few more years of un-earned Government Largess.

    Enough!

Bring it, and let’s see whose blood will cover that slab. I may go down, but I’m taking a whole bunch of Liberals to the Hell they deserve.

I have only begun to fight “Beloved” Comrade Obama and the Dem-R-Rats Glorious Transformation of America.

it's not just them. It is the R's too.
We can "wake up", vote for the R's, and be in exactly the same place.

...but ObamaTax will be repealed. By any measure, that is an improvement.

Political Parties are mortal human institutions, as such, I don't expect them to be perfect, I choose the better option, or at least the pragmatic lesser of two evils.

The Democrats have chosen to be the Party of Never Ending Institutionalized Racial/Gender Discrimination. They're Wrong and need to go, end of story.

Defeat One Enemy at at time, the Democrats have declared themselves the Enemy of all Lower and Middle Class working White People.

America has no need of an openly Racist Political Party.

When the Racist Democrats are soundly defeated and history, we can start working on using the newly empowered TEA Party to force the Republicans into a number of much needed reforms.

I have insurance so it will not effect me at all, however I fully support it. The reason is I am intelligent enough to understand it and to see through the lies and propaganda from the right.

We already do that now, only it's costing way too much.
Now at least most of the freeloaders, you maybe?, will at least have basic coverage.
About .0001% will pay this evil evil tax.
Your party however is actively seeking to RAISE taxes on the POOR!
Where is your outrage over that?

    I'm with you.
We will have single payer before too long, even the slowest of the conservatives know it's the only real solution.

He favors cannabis re-legalization. Top medical cannabis expert Lester Grinspoon MD retired from Harvard Med. Sch. has listed 126 conditions where it sometimes works better than pills or operations.

Gary Johnson would tax it 100% (est. $19/oz) which would make it cost 90% less than now. Obama & Romney favor keeping it a criminal act, as a favor to the medical industry, law enforcement, etc.

The only times I got the flu was when I had a flu shot. 6% of US babies die by age 1. Some suspect part of this could be caused by multiple vaccines. Some say could be cause of autism as well.

Many believe cutting (surgery), burning (radiation) & poison (chemo) are only cancer treatments, but on cancertutor.com there are 400 proven cancer treatments listed.

25% of Americans say they are in chronic pain & how much should we pay for more pain? I've got about 20 medical problems & Drs. & pills haven't helped much if at all for most if what is wrong.

ObamaCare would be the biggest gift to Drs. & Big Pharma ever. Already 1/6th or more of the money in this country goes to health care. Many pills cause new medical problems. Many just don't work for most. We simply can't afford higher prices for things that don't work. Best wishes, all!

    Solution to what?

Giving Big Liberal Government the power to use politics to decide who lives and who dies?

Allowing Liberals to escape being held accountable for the Ponsy scheme that is Social Security, by making senior care so bad that the average age of death drops back below age 65 like it is in the Former Soviet Union states? ( The Elites will of coarse create a separate plan for themselves... Wait, they already did! )

Creating a huge new bureaucracy which will bankrupt the federal government, creating the excuse for "Emergency Measures" of private property and wealth confiscation?

No, I don't think single payer health care will solve allot of Common Middle Class American's Problems, though I can certainly see why the far leftist radicals want it.

Only Time will tell, It is not even certain if Obama will be repealed yet...

But I don't think anyone who follows politics in the slightest would say that this election is anything short of pivotal to the future of America and the freedom of its citizens.

The chief difference is whether you think common middle class people SHOULD have freedom or not.

As the OP said, this election is now about Governments Rights to Mandate how middle class people spend their paychecks.

Clearly the Liberals think they can do a better job running our lives than we can, at least as far as our lives are to provide for their interests anyway...

Thanks for the reply Flounder. I was beginning to believe I was invisible.. ha ha~ Yes if the voters are awake enough to spot that and are not so apathetic that they don't care enough to get off the couch and vote. I have been losing 'faith' in the average USA citizen for some time now. Even though people say the employment and the economy is worse than they have seen it, personally I feel people have it too easy in the USA, even now. That is why I prep. Maybe its wrong to essentially give up on the world to get better on its own but I am tired of trying to change things! So I will make my world* fit me/us (ie my/the churches homestead) ha ha ~ Take care Flounder.

    * ... We can turn our homes or homesteads into a paradise, a sanctuary or what ever we want, Disney land or something much more mundane to protect our families when and if a catastrophic nature or man made disaster occurs. Prepper speak for our go to home or default home is bug out shelter. Anything from a one room efficiency apt to a thousand acre farm can be modified to take care of us mentally and physically. Obama should give tax breaks to preppers, even after the hack job National Geographic did on us.

Hell, in that case let's just tax everyone 100% - imagine the prosperity!

I figured. But we've seen people make this argument on both sides. The counter is when people claim tax cuts increase revenues, then why not cut taxes to 0% and we'll have infinite revenues.

Obvioslty at the extremes it doesn't work.

But we had our stronges post war decades in the 1950s and 1960s when the top tax rates were 70-91%. So I don't think we've reached the top of the Laffer curve at the current 35%, and certainly not the special low privieleged 15% investement tax rate the uber rich pay.

I'm going out on a limb here, but I'd say the optimal tax rates probably lie somewhere between 0% and 100%

We were fresh off the Bretton Woods agreement and the only intact industrial power after WWII.
What would the be income equivalent in todays dollars to be in the top rate in the 1950's ? What were available deductions then ? What was the average effective rate at those levels ? Why have the tax brackets not adjusted for the devaluation of the dollar ? Have bracket levels increased 850% since 1955 ?

Emulate success, if you've forgotten how to do it, or have been Socialist Indoctrinated until you can't think for yourself anymore...

Other than China, which owes its current industrial power largely to using brutal citizen-slave labor and acting completely without a care for its own countries local environment, there are a number of heavily Industrial Nations which are beating the heck out of America right now.

Take South Korea, what is their Top Marginal Tax Rate? What about Japan?

How do those countries control the costs of Government? What is the percentage of GDP spent on Government Programs like health care?

I'd be willing to bet that a careful analysis will show three big differences:

1] They judge a potential trade school/college/university student on honest academics, not paint-job and plumbing. They judge on Merit of the Individual, not Group Identity Politics.

2] Public sector employees have retirement and benefit packages more or less equal to or less than the private sector factory workers. Talented, hardworking, and ambitious workers migrate toward the private sector, wealth generation positions, because they PAY BETTER than public sector slouch jobs.

3] When government steps in to lend a hand to private endeavors, its much more often a company with real business potential, rather than a Leftist Ideology driven choice with pervasive under-currents of corrupt cronie kickbacks. Their Politics hold elected officials responsible when the public invests in boondoggles, pyramid schemes, cronie fronts with kick back provisions, and radical racial preference determined money pits.

In short, because they understand and embrace Capitalism and Entrepreneurship!
