I've gotten the impression before that nobody wants to get on her bad side and bring retribution down on their heads. It's bad enough that a lot of people won't speak out if she's going to know who it was. You remember how when people would ask her about something that had been said about her, she immediately started demanding "Who said that? I want to know who said that!" instead of responding to the question. :)
