Obama did want to disparage an entire religion where there are undoubtedly mostly followers that are not radical or terrorists. Nazism is not a religion but it is a despicable ideology, so who exactly would Trump be insulting by calling the Nazis out?...the Nazis?

Condemning violence while supporting a violent group like Black Lives Matter contradicts what Obama says.

Trump denounced violence on all sides. Do you honestly have a problem with Trump denouncing violence?

He can denounce the KKK when Obama denounces BLM. Until then quit crying and move on because it is not going to happen.

    Oh we do.

5 of the murdered victims of BLM domestic terrorism in just a single attack.

    And the BLM murderer.

Of course Obama never called out BLM.

Yet Obama held an event for Black lives Matter in the white house and welcomed them as guests. So he still supported violence.

When a group like the KKK, Antifa or BLM incites violence and you welcome them into the white house as friends that is a big mistake.

Your right it was the Democrat way, but those yesterday claim to be Republicans. Listen to the words of one of your fellow Republicans.

No, I don't think so. It was a considered tactic unrelated to election politics.

They have no defence for the fact that Obama supported BLM, a violent group and the left/media gave him a free pass for it.

Yet they have a problem with Trump not denouncing the KKK when they never demanded Obama denounce BLM.

They are just angry Trump haters with nothing better to do with their time than ti spend it hating on Trump some more.

Trump denounces violence on all sides and he is a bad guy for the left. Obama supports BLM, a violent group and he is a good guy for the left. LOL nice logic on the left/ Anti Trumpets.

Yes, it is. They both refused to use a certain set of words (that their opponents crafted), in both cases the purpose for doing so was aimed at the same attempt, so that their base would not see them as weak and willing to change message on the spot.

If you say "Trump did it because he is racist" I suppose our conversation is over, that is the same stupid argument used by Republicans to "Obama is a terrorist."

Because you brought up civil war. The post was about how the mainstream media is controlled which keeps the masses from revolting.

Well, while Trumps record in that regard is a tad shaky, consider the feds charge that his fathers company was refusing to rent apts to blacks, I can't say he's a racist, because I don't know. I do know that the reason Obama wouldn't use radical muslim terrorists originally had nothing to do with getting reelected. But, I do think that the reason Trump didn't call the domestic terrorists out by name yesterday, does have to do with election politics.

Yes I agree, they are the same thing just being done for different reasons.

    Both are equally pointless

All the hate and bigotry on this board is coming from you. Others try to discuss, and you toss out unrelenting hate and bigotry. You disrespect other posters by pretending that David Duke's words are indicative of us all. I don't have to quote Hillary or Maxine, I've got you to quote.

We'll get better information with time. We have a group carrying the Red Flag of International Socialism fighting with another group carrying the Red Flag of National Socialism, and most of us look and realize that we don't have dog in this fight.

The types who surfaced in Charlottesville on Saturday are certainly human beings of the most repellent and disgusting sort, murderous too -- pretty much violent, evil sociopaths. I wouldn't mind if they were all rounded up, put in a space ship, and sent on a one-way trip to Alpha Centauri.

Are there more of these white supremacists than members of the equally violent and disgusting Antifa movement? Again statistics are hard to come by, both sides like to wear masks, But I tend to doubt it. If anything, Antifa has been far more active, until Saturday.

What happened in Charlottesville isn't us. It's just a small group of real bad people. Indict them, convict them, and lock them up for a long as possible. The rest of us should move on. We have a lot better things to do.

A single human being does not speak for the entire party and nobody is listening to him except for some on the right who are using him to attack Trump.

It's a sad state of affairs when a call for unity and peace is seen as a call for division and violence.
