Just as the poster's comments were totally unrelated to my post that he was responding. Sometimes there is just no rhyme or reason.

yep... misused word.... how about "Christianophobia"

seems PT can't hold pet groups like Muslims or now INdians accountable for coming up with their own anti-gay rules even when said pet group kills gays.....

but still finds a way to insert his typical Christianophobia to try and deflect away from the fact that the Indians came up with this rule all on their own.

Do you make it a habit of making (*)(*)(*)(*) up as you go along?
Here's the last thing that I will EVER respond to you with...

    IMO..ALL organized religion sucks
You cannot point to ANY of my posts that defends violence coming from any religious fanatics
You cannot point at ANY of my posts that favor one religion over another
You cannot point to any of my posts on this thread that cannot be backed up by historical facts.

    The End

If the question were, do Indian Tribes have the right to deny other than their viewpoint of a traditional marriage, would that be wrong? My answer would be yes, they do, just as any State has the right to reject befits (legitimacy), outside the majorities viewpoint.

This Country (US) was formed from escaping people, from many different cultures, primarily controlled by controlling Governments, who dictated what should be allowed or not, at every level. To return to this level of central management of any minority, would be destructive for all of society and there's no place left to escape to....Said another way....Leave it to the States, or even local areas (Bay area SF, for instance) to determine what's felt about most anything, not the Central Government.

States are Sovereign, under the Constitution and IMO have the right to determine what constitutes a legal marriage in their State. What's going on is the attempt to Nationalize the issue, or if you prefer, force all States to accept one concept.

I've agreed, Indian Reservations, have legal authority to make this determinations....complicated or not, no different that State sovereignty.

and this thread had nothing to do with organized religion.... you interjected that for your own bigotted reasons.....

This is about soveriegn Native nations making a decision. if you disagree with that notion, that's understandable.... but instead of saying "Native Americans are wrong and should not be allowed to because of xxx reasons and yyy reasons.... your first move was to say "It's because Christians made them homophobic"

Should these cultures change to suit the liberal/gay crusaders?

However, these people may be off limits because of their red skin color.

Perhaps they should be driven off their reservations and put into Leftist reeducation camps for sensitivity training.

Andrew Jackson (democrat) already did that one time.

Democrats love the idea of concentration camps it seems. FDR had a few, too

Well, we can't be too hard on the homophobic redskins.

The Dems can place them on buses to the camps.

    Dems love bussing.
