Your experience is statistically insignificant. We have about 50 millions people working in Russia. You and your friends is a small part of the whole number. The same way I can say that I have friends that get salary only via bank, and no envelopes.
As for teachers at schools, who told you that they declare themselves as low wages workers and get salaries in the envelopes? They can not declare anything as there is one accountant for several schools who calculate the salaries and they get what is officially calculated, not less, not more. I have worked at the Photochemistry Center in RAS for several years and have never got any salaries in the envelopes.
Very strange, you claim that you do not pay taxes yet you say you do not abuse your duties. Of course, you abuse automatically all those whose life dependent only on the taxes - that are pensioners, teachers, doctors, police workers and many others. That is why I called it cancer as this is only consuming approach.
You may pay to the doctor in the envelope who made a sucessful operation, but who will pay to the doctors who do their job in the remote villages, cities where people live only from what they get from the garden?
I think you are terribly wrong and it is even worse that it looks like you are proud of the fact that you manage to avoid taxes. Well, this will not last for a long time. At some point they will catch you and you'll have a lot of problems.

like i said, statistics out of touch with reality, so you have to consider each case separately, not lump it all together.
that's because you aren't taxed so much that it might hurt your wallet, but as soon as you are - then you will start looking for loopholes to evade taxes.
the practice did; schools often charge the students' parents with payments done to the school directly and below the radar of tax departments.
i didn't claim anything of the sort! your making up things!! stop putting words in my mouth!!!
remote villages and remote cities are two completely different things; villages are done for since long ago, they literally die out, meanwhile cities are ok and provided with all they need.
how they caught me since i'm payed not through banks transfer but personally in cash?

rubbish!!! pensions come not from taxes but from savings!!!
lots of teachers and doctors work in private sector; how come you forgot about them? want them highly taxed? and why?
the police - let the State pay their work. Russia is strong enough to get money elsewhere, instaed of taxing its own people; for example, invade Europe and ransack her banks!

What loops you are talking about? We have a flat taxation, not progressive scale like in Europe where the taxes are hell high. There, I would undestand that people who would try to find the ways to avoid taxes, but not in Russia, where poor people and rich people pay the same percent of tax from their income.
At schools they collect money from parents, but not on the regular basis-from time to time so this can not be considered as the salaries in the envelopes for the teachers. Salary should be paid every month and not once in a quartal.
Yes, you did claim that you avoid taxes, that is basically the same as you do not pay the taxes. For this in the US, for example you could easily go to prison.
Cities are fine? Then go and read here:
    http://karakulia.livejournal.com/113307.html
The city is just 250km from Moscow:
    Tutaev.jpg
    You call this OK?
They will catch you easily- by your spendings. Unless of course you spend all your money for food.

Yes, pensions come from taxes. This is principe of solidarity if you do not know. You pay from your taxes to the current pensioners, the next generation will pay your pension. Or you truly beleive that the money which is taken from the salaries are keeped untouched?
What do you call highly taxed? 13% is high taxes? You do not know then what are really high taxes. In Germany you can easily pay 30-40% of your income. So I do not see why the doctors who work in good conditions and get highly paid could contribute part of their salary for help to those who has no possibility to work in such places.

Ok, so you recognize you abuse you duties as we talk here about the duties (payment of taxes) and not about rights. Of course, you do not deprive yourself in your rights. For you no duties exist, only your rights. Clear.

in your face, i made it clear i do evade taxes right away! but you dishonestly tried to present the situation as though i pretend to be a saint! now you claim i abuse my rights as if i never stated i don't!

listen, you, dishonest person: i do not abuse my rights, though i abuse my duties, but i don't abuse my rights! do you understand?

This is even worse case - you abuse your duties which supposely are intended to provide background for your rights (for medicine etc), but you continue to use your rights!

I showed picture of one of the streets in another city, not Suzdal. And this shown city is ruined - there is link about it in the livejournal. And Suzdal, as I said-is for tourists. You can count such kind of cities by fingers on your hands.

Well, since you are turning the place into argument - cities don't get "ruined" out of the blue, so how about you give the name of it, and we all together will analyse how actually it is doing, and why?

Well, both of you - but obviously, since you bringed town in, you are one expected to give it's actual name so we can look into what is happening there and why.

I have posted a link to livejounal (I think it is much more reliable than any official sources). The name of the city is there- it is Tutaev, on Volga river. By the way, it is one of the cities that belong to the Golden Ring of Russia.

Yes, of course you use your rights for medicine that is most expensive part. You are playing with words- using half rights, talking about not abusement of your rights for some unclear reason, etc. You sound very confusing.

what for? there are several towns obviously not doing well, but this does not represent the current situation; towns actually are looked after and repaired these days, at least most of them.
