    I don't care about his paint-job.

I care about the job he is doing as "King".

The President is not supposed to be controlling the budget, Congress was designed to control the pursue strings.

Regardless, the country is heading toward fiscal collapse. Hence I'm trying to save it.

Neither did I....I just waited to see if that was the first thing that popped in your head.

BTW, I have a gut feeling you didn't care when the GOP Congress (with Dubya) was "controlling the budget" from 2003 to 2006 and deficits piled up and we spent a trillion in debt on the Iraq War.....atleast not until they were voted out of office in November 2006, when suddenly you became a "fiscal conservative" again.

The Iraq war added $3 trillion to the debt. Shrub's tax cuts added another $3 trillion. Can you imagine how those tax cuts could have passed congress if they had to have spending cuts to cover them? GOP fiscal responsibility is their biggest lie.

Always was. Did the Right get all bothered as deficits ballooned under Reagan? Nope...just kept telling us we'd "grow out of them" and "understood" that The Gipper couldn't even threaten a veto of a spending bill due to political considerations.

When the deficits started to pile up under Dubya....did they complain? Again, no. In fact, his OWN Vice-President famously was quoted as saying "Deficits don't matter...Reagan proved that". Again...complaints from the "fiscal conservatives" at that comment?.....zero.

It is a "strange" "coincidence" that the "fiscal cons" JUST HAPPEN to lose their concern for deficits and debt.....the moment a Republican gets elected President.

    He wasn't?

Well, maybe he should have used the same fraud Bush used when his dad had him installed as President. For instance, he should have said he had 60,000 votes in certain counties where there were 30,000 registered voters. Good old, plain fraud. That seems to be what right wingers like..straight up arrogant fraud. I guess Obama was too "tricky" for right wingers, actually using REAL NUMBERS and all.

They think they are. They think that by banning assault rifles or all guns that everyone is going to simply comply with it. When in reality most people are going to give them, and their government the middle finger. Just look at the recent weeks. Assault rifles are flying off of the shelves in record numbers. Those people aren't just going to willingly return those weapons. There is a reason they just bought all of them.

But of course they will continue to scream as loud as they can thinking they will stick it to conservatives. All while conservatives are sitting back and laughing at how futile their laws actually are.

Conservatives are in a controlled dream-like state. They have lost the debate, every debate, and dont even know.

Liberalism IS darkness. Darkness is SUPPOSED to rule this world.

All the feds have to do is review the record of sales; find the address of those owning assault weapons, show and and relieve them from the owners. Its a lot easier then you make it seem. Plus the Feds will no doubt throw in a hefty fine to help cover the costs of physically having to track down those who do not comply with the law.

There are an estimated 200 million unregistered firearms in this country.

Please explain to me how the feds are going to track down 200 million guns that belong to "nobody".

If you read my post you'd find that i'm talking about those who are legally registered. those 200 million guns that belong to no one, will no doubt take more time and effort, but over a long period of time, that number will likewise be reduced through various means.

Various means such as...? Unless you allow the police unrestricted access to private property and homes then there is absolutely nothing you will ever be able to do to know that I have 10 unregistered assault rifles in my basement.

You underestimate the number of gunowners, many of whom are Democrats, (soon to be former Democrats), who will rally around the 2nd amendment, make the NRA stronger, and forge an alliance with the ACLU, which will completely reverse the fortunes of the Democratic party. Envision a crash and burn that rivals the Republican implosion, caused by the social retrograde retard fanatics in their party.

You also have made an incorrect statement that all assault rifles are purchased with registration and background check.. and FBI/CIA can track them down. Wrong again..

well if your neighbor knows you have them, doesn't like you and turns you in, thats one way; or if the government offers money to those who turn in people who have the weapons, thats another way. The government will come up with many creative ways to find out who has them; of course it won't happen overnight, but over time the numbers will be reduced; and if in the interest of national security they need to have unlimited access to your property and home, they do what they have to do.

In the meantime have fun playing with your assault rifles in your basement; but i wouldn't recommend you taking them out of your house; getting caught with them could result in a long prison sentence.

You severely underestimate the number of US citizens who would allow you to (*)(*)(*)(*) on their 2nd Amendment rights...

You likely won't be seeing as many neighbors pointing fingers at each other as you would hope.

I have absolutely zero fear of taking my assault rifles out of my house. I live in a state where open carrying is legal. I can put my AK-47 on my back and walk around the neighborhood if I wanted to...

There are plenty of places in the world where you could live if you have absolutely no problem with letting the government do whatever the hell they please and you refusing to do anything about it.

Unfortunately for you America is one of those places where citizens have a problem with letting the government run all over them uncontested. Most people here aren't as quick to just bow down to government and accept that 'Resistance is futile"

Any Neighbor who does rat someone out will likely wake up one night with their house on fire and a very sharp knife sliding across their throat.

Hey...where else can you purchase whatever law you like, and pay the average worker about one one thousandth of what you make. The government is the corporation is the fat cat. All for one and none for all.
