Well, this one says 15 years, but it's more current than the other reports.

So stop driving and start pedaling a bicycle if you want to do your part to stop man made global warming. Oh, and use less water. Unless of course you think it's all fake like the rest of us.

Natural variability doesn't create 100 year trends. But it can pauses and slowdowns in the trend spanning 20-30 years. It always bounces right back to the trend though.

Individual changes are not enough to curtail global warming. It must happen as industrial policy.

What, exactly, do you honestly believe is caused by man?

how many years of lower than predicted warming before folks realize that the extreme and hysterical predictions were waaaay off base?

let us know when Leftists demand that China commit to reductions in GHG emissions.

today, they refuse to do so cause they think its unfair to add costs to China's industrialization.

Its The West that should make the sacrifices, not innocent China and India.

    For the 10 billionth time...

EVERYONE agrees the climate changes...it always has.

What YOU can't show is that any change since the 1800's is CAUSED by mankind.

You regurgitate flawed computer models (that even the government paid scientists admit is flawed).
You regurgitate the narrative because Al Gore told you so

Yet, NO one has proven anything except that our climate is changing,,,and we knew that before Al Gore, before this government created "crisis".

These are the people that think global warming is more dangerous than terrorism... And they were asked about it yesterday.

Why would you want to follow China's lead on anything at all?

No, I know Louisiana doesn't reach 100F in March. Are we just going by one month to determine this GW crap now? In 2011, SUMMER, our highs reached 100F to 113F for 90 straight days with a heat index getting as high as 125F. In 2012, we saw 100F or higher maybe 5 times. In 2013 we never reached it unless you consider the heat index, in 2014 the heat index didn't even see it, and in March of this year, Louisiana was 17 degrees below average, and we're still below average.

Going back to my original statement, I'm calling BS on your map.

Edit: I've been living in Louisiana for 36 years now, and these last two summers are the only summers where we haven't seen 100F. So don't ever tell me that Louisiana doesn't reach 100F on average in the summer again.

All it takes is one google search to see LA's average temperature in March is 72 degrees and in August it's 91 degrees. I think I'm going to go with the actual collection of temperature data over your feelings.

as long as we use our resources and land efficiently, we are fine.

but if we don't, many humans won't have food, water, housing.

    which do u prefer?

A climate scientist has one goal. I'll challenge their over-analyzations all day long with my common sense. If it's -20 in the Arctic, and in 100 years it's -14, you're not going to notice.

And it never will. So it's best to move to the central area of the US if you think the border states will be swallowed up by water as icebergs melt.

I'll keep driving a big 390HP Hemi V8. I'm debating whether or not I should cut the exhaust off in front of the muffler so I can emit harmful fumes just for the LULZ.

You do that... I'll go with the thermometer I've had to see every single day since I was old enough to care about temperatures. August has averaged 91 since 2012 maybe, but not before that. It's silly to assume so.

-20 to -14. No difference at all. You're right.

But that's not reality. Reality is the dangerous part of global warming is right at the cost of the arctic which typically stays just below freezing and is now regularly above freezing. This makes the difference between a glacier staying frozen and a glacier melting and falling into the ocean. That's a HUGE difference.

Common sense is great and all. But scientists are paid and trained to have more than common sense. You are simply not qualified to do what they do.

Okay great so you have been measuring the temperature then? Can you tell me the temperature in Louisiana on August 27th 2007?

They're trained to tell those that are not as skilled in certain areas what to think. But as we've clearly witnessed on here, people pick and choose what they want to believe out of scientists. For you to think they don't candy coat certain issues is just being naive. Do we have any real proof that dinosaurs were green or is that just what we're told by paleontologists?

I understand your point, but it's up to the people to believe what they hear. And yes, if the oceans go from 28 to 34 degrees, it would melt glaciers but I'm not too certain it would drown regions.

No, smarty pants, I can't tell you that. But I can tell you that we hardly dip below 95 in August and on the norm, we'll see 100 at least 15 days out of the month. July and August have always been the hottest. Like I said, since 2013, your averages you listed could be accurate, but not before then.
