Right now we are just under the total for 2016 with 136 million counted. However there are still millions of uncounted ballots nationwide so that will still increase. FTR Biden has a PV lead of around 2.1 million at present.
Court has typically forced states to follow their laws. So these will get counted. Trump is wasting his time
The MSM has done their best to divide everyone. By pushing negative news about a president nearly 95% of the time, what do you expect? Most of it completely unwarranted. 3 years of being a Russian spy? Misquotes non stop. People still believe he called Nazis fine people when it was factually incorrect, easily proven and easy to show if the news actually showed it. But they didn’t. It’s been a disgrace.
If Biden can get just 45% of the remaining ballots, he takes PA. Absentees going for Biden closer to 4:1 in most states, so maybe even PA flips

This is the worst possible outcome, that was warned weeks in advance and I can't believe we're actually here. Giving the new Presidency a cloud of stink that simply shouldn't happen in America. There's NO reason these ballots shouldn't have been counted last night.
Well you are correct and that's the issue. See only state legislatures can change the rules period, not state election commissioners and not state courts. Several of these were potentially changed so somebody has to decide. The state legislations in these states that did mass mail in voting screwed the entire country by not passing laws that were concise and clear when they decided to send ballots out. We'll see the and it's high time these states fix this crap because it makes it seem something shady is going on, whether it is or not.
Some dude on one of the networks said Michigan is using a high speed tabulating machine. I think for Michigan, that means one guy with an abacus.

~ Notice all the Republican governors can get the votes counted on time. The "late" count only comes from the Democrat governors. Democrats thought they would win more in the House of Reps but did not. Republicans will keep the Senate. Going to be difficult packing the Supreme Court and giving statehood to D.C.
Well, here's an update: As I predicted, there's not a million votes lying around for Biden or any candidate in PA. They will, at some point stop the charade there and call the state of PA. The eyes turn to Michigan, Wisconsin and Nevada as contested vote states.
I don't see Biden winning. The uncounted states are leaning towards Trump and the EC votes would make it impossible for Biden to win. My prediction.
I'm not sure what you mean. PA is saying they won't know until Friday. Their state election law says ballots postmarked by election day can be counted if they are received up to three days after.
Oh -- they've got a million left to count. I was just watching the AG for PA; he is quite clear that we won't know until Friday.
When I went to bed at midnight Arizona time, Wisconsin and Michigan were leaning red. As of 7:30am Arizona time they have switched. One of them only had a 20K vote difference. All according to the AP
Cruz had dual citizenship. He renounced his Canadian citizenship in 2016 to remove any doubts. He is qualified to run for POTUS.
That's what its looking like to me as well. That being said, they are now saying all the late votes in Nevada are coming from all districts so this one is razor tight as well. It may come down to Pennsylvania but it's so close either way.
