but yet in your original complaint, you stayed silent on what the dems put in there. Interesting.

The American people have seen what the dems are about and it has nothing to do with the people. The election is a sure win for 4 more years.

What's your evidence that we are making a difference? Does it all just make you feel better?

What's your evidence that we are not? Could have been 100 million infected. Besides those areas who didn't go into self isolation are worst hit...

Look at Australia's numbers compare that with areas that went into self isolation later in their curve

Flattening the curve is the objective, not eradicating the virus

Cant live in the past. Cat's out of the bag. Do we want to bury our dead and then spend many years wishing we were dead?

Economic activity will come back at a reduced rate, wages will be lower than before and we will enter a debt crisis, while the third world burns. Civil unrest will be the order of the day due to high inequality that occurred over the last 30 years of Globalism and Liberalism.

Hedge funds sucking public funds out of countries and billionaire's using media and Non profits to overturn stable governments and prop up corrupt politicians that helped them empty out state coffers.... country after country.

Wait till the car loans, credit card debt and mortgages go belly up.
The many hundreds of trillions in CDOs and interest rate default swaps(the synthetic UST market) will go belly up, and there will be no counterparties to pay

"high inequality that occurred over the last 30 years of Globalism and Liberalism."

that is greedy Corporatism... which Republicans support... that is why they renamed then "people", so they could say they support the people

we were becoming the information society, then the greedy corps decided to outsource that to places like India too, greed is what destroys societies

But until you and enough people recognize this, it will continue. But please, keep waiving your pom poms. The large banks thank you for your support

It's far more than that, greedy Corporatism is but one aspect of it.

How did the powers that be not see this unfolding and know what logistics were required to keep the disease from entering the country. Of course we the layman had no such intel at our disposal but dang someone in the know should have been aware of how this was going to go down. Apparently 5 million people got the hell out of Wuhan before restrictions were in place. Tourism and migration could have been fixed but now the damage is left across most of the economy. I’m absolutely bewildered by the lack of foresight!

You have so much learning to do it's mind boggling. Trying to play politics with what communists have done over the last 30 years ito inequality is clearly your objective... getting to the truth not so much. Democrats support communism.... they played a big part in the 30 year corruption and you can post blame on the Republicans over and over and over again... it's not going to change the truth even a tiny bit.

25-30 percent of Americans could be dead broke soon

Most of us are not going to retrain in computers or get a fake green job

We are at about half that, after big gain this month a folks went back to work.

The Housing Market has held up just fine in my area. How about yours?

The Art of the American Comeback

We saw America add more jobs than ever before with a net gain of 2.5 million jobs -- or more than 10 times what a good month gets you.

This happens when you elect the author of "The Art of the Comeback" as president.

CNBC reported, "Employment stunningly rose by 2.5 million in May and the jobless rate declined to 13.3% according to data Friday from the Labor Department that was far better than economists had been expecting and indicated that an economic turnaround could be close at hand.

"Economists surveyed by Dow Jones had been expecting payrolls to drop by 8.333 million and the unemployment rate to rise to 19.5% from April’s 14.7%. If Wall Street expectations had been accurate, it would have been the worst figure since the Great Depression. As it turned out, May’s numbers showed the U.S. may well be on the road to recovery after its fastest plunge in history."

The network also said, "The May gain was by far the biggest one-month jobs surge in U.S. history since at least 1939. The only previous month to register more than a million jobs was September 1983, at 1.1 million."

That 2.5 million net gain in jobs is twice as good as Reagan at his best and blows away every other president.
