Its clock boy syndrome, remember that little piece of crap and his "home made clock" aka a store bought clock removed from its plastic shell? Teen "develops" /coughbullshitcough an app that records video and posts it to instagram -- otherwise known as the instagram app itself.

But the laughable that this kiddo "developed" anything aside I actually love this idea. The result will be even more of the type of evidence we get from police worn body cams. People who remain calm and follow police commands are unharmed, thugs who present a threat are dealt with accordingly.

It has been my experience, to be honest, but to be extra careful. Bottom line from me, it the trust level for me, it is broken due to my past experiences. So any time in public I am more alert.

It's a very, very extremely violent country now. I have some possible expectation of being killed in my kick backer easy chair and killed by violence every time I go into town. It's just how it is. I should black out the window so somebody can't easily shoot me as I type this.

Not a bad idea. To have that stand point.

Homicide is not the same thing as murder. Homicide simply means death occurred as a result of outside interaction by another party that is not the deceased. It is not evidence that George Floyd was murdered.

A failure and shortcoming on the part of yourself, demonstrating an inability to construct a meaningful response when addressing others.

Did you even read the full autopsy? Never mind your post proves you didn't.

If it was a failure you wouldn't be whining about it.

    -
    1. :a person who kills another
    2. :a killing of one human being by another
In this case - The killing of George Floyd by Derek Chauvin

    If YOU or I assault a man with a heart condition, or a person who is in anyway incapacitated ;
( as by drugs, for example.) and that person dies as a result of a heart attack or a drug reaction
induced by YOUR assault. YOU WILL be charged with Manslaughter. And if Malice can
be determined, YOU WILL be charged with Murder. It remains to be seen if Police Officers
WILL be held to the same "Rule of Law" in this case

The Cops knew that Floyd was in Crisis and having difficulty breathing. That is why one of them
had already called an ambulance, and why they took him out of the vehicle. He begged them to
be allowed to stand and try and catch his breath. Officer Derek Chauvin instead took him to the
ground - face down - and applied to full weight of his knee to Floyd's neck for over eight minutes.

... One officer even suggested that Floyd be turned over after becoming unresponsive. Chauvin
... ........... a man with A History of Violence refused the request and continued with the commission
    .................................................................................................................................................................................. of MURDER most FOUL

Such still does not mean the death of George Floyd was a murder.

Is has indeed been read in full. Can the same be said on the part of yourself? Or did the reading stop at the race of George Floyd just to confirm he was indeed a black male individual?

Pointless idiosyncrasies will be called out and demonstrated for the uselessness that they are.

Was it recognized that George Floyd was having trouble catching his Breath, for whatever reason ?
Undeniable - As an Ambulance had been called, and he was removed from the Police Vehicle.
Did he beg to be let to stand clear ? - Undeniable - . Was his request Denied ? - Undeniable -.

Knowing that Floyd was in Crisis, Derek Chauvin instead chose to take him -face down- to
the ground ( the absolutely worst position possible for anybody having difficulty breathing ) and he
then applied the weighted knee to Floyd's neck for over eight minutes. Denying the numerous pleas
of witnesses and even another Officer, "to ease up" and roll the Victim over. These are the
    - Undeniable - Facts in this case. Watch the Vid.

    I
f Derek Chavin's assault can be determined "done in malice" then it was Murder. If it can
be determined that it was done with "incompetent stupidity," his crime was Manslaughter.
    T
he only other possibility would be "Justifiable Homicide" and I can see NO Facts that would
    ................................................................................................................................................................................. support that conclusion.

We will await the Determination & Judgement of American Jurisprudence and will Judge
that System accordingly. As it so miserably FAILED RIP Kelly Thomas.

Then such is ultimately the fault of George Floyd himself, for showing complete disregard for the law of the united states. He knew his actions were felony offenses, but chose to engage in them regardless.

So of course it's all George Floyd's fault. As with the passage of "The Patriot Act" and
the "Military Commissions Act" you have no right of Habeus Corpus, & and as other
Rights have also been curtailed, a good case can be made that his Killing was all perfectly
    ........................................................................................................................................................................................................ Legal

    & As NOW
Police can act with absolute "Qualified Immunity" unless there is a specific Federal Law
............... written that specifically forbids a Police Officer from Killing an individual by placing
.................................................................................. his knee upon the victims neck

Qualified Immunity Suggests Police Are Above the Law

    ------------------------------------------------------------

NOW - In "The Land of the Free & The Home of the Brave" a person can be
Extra Judicially Killed without any DUE PROCESS whatsoever. -- Murdered by State
sponsored Death Squads. The same people we use to know as our local Police Dept.
    O
r by anybody else that the Government chooses to do its Dirty Work.

So NOW even minor Crime has become a Capital Offence subject to instantaneous
Summary Execution. Totally at the mercy and discretion of some sadistic roid raging

They didn't change to opposing the cameras. Rather, they oppose releasing the footage unless there is a significant interest to the public.

Maybe he could program one to teach people not to act like idiots when interacting with police.

Actually I think Chris Rock already did that. Nevermind.
