If that is the case then you shouldn't have a problem posting that autopsy.

It was not a gaffe, I couldn't say what I actually wanted to because I probably would have been banned. The rule is you can make racist comments and remarks, you just are not allowed to call the racist out on it.

The end result was because of the color of his skin.

    Of course it is.

That's false, 85% of whites are murdered by someone white.
Are police suppose to murder you because you don't cooperate.

Be careful, it is a state by state law and if the police want your phone, they will take it and make up a story.

    https://www.scribd.com/document/464472105/Autopsy-2020-3700-Floyd

    FINAL DIAGNOSES:

46-year-old man who became unresponsive while being restrained by law enforcement officers; he received emergency medical care in the field and subsequently in the Hennepin HealthCare (HHC) Emergency Department, but could not be resuscitated. I.

    Blunt force injuries A.

Cutaneous blunt force injuries of the forehead, face, and upper lip B.

Mucosal injuries of the lips C.

Cutaneous blunt force injuries of the shoulders, hands, elbows, and legs D.

Patterned contusions (in some areas abraded) of the wrists, consistent with restraints (handcuffs) II.

    Natural diseases A.

Arteriosclerotic heart disease, multifocal, severe B.

    Hypertensive heart disease 1.

Cardiomegaly (540 g) with mild biventricular dilatation 2.

    Clinical history of hypertension C.

Left pelvic tumor (incidental, see microscopic description)

III. No life-threatening injuries identified A.

No facial, oral mucosal, or conjunctival petechiae B.

No injuries of anterior muscles of neck or laryngeal structures C.

No scalp soft tissue, skull, or brain injuries D.

No chest wall soft tissue injuries, rib fractures (other than a single rib fracture from CPR), vertebral column injuries, or visceral injuries E.

Incision and subcutaneous dissection of posterior and lateral neck, shoulders, back, flanks, and buttocks negative for occult trauma IV.

Viral testing (Minnesota Department of Health, postmortem nasal swab collected 5/26/2020): positive for 2019 - nCoV RNA by PCR (see ‘Comments,’ below) V.

Hemoglobin S quantitation (postmortem femoral blood, HHC Laboratory): 38% (see ‘Comments,’ below) VI.

Toxicology (see attached report for full details; testing performed on antemortem blood specimens collected 5/25/20 at 9:00 p.m. at HHC and on postmortem urine) A.

Blood drug and novel psychoactive substances screens: 1.

    Fentanyl 11 ng/mL 2.

    Norfentanyl 5.6 ng/mL 3.

    4-ANPP 0.65 ng/mL 4.

    Methamphetamine 19 ng/mL 5.

    11-Hydroxy Delta-9 THC 1.2 ng/mL; Delta-9 Carboxy THC 42 ng/mL; Delta-9 THC 2.9 ng/mL 6.

    Cotinine positive 7.

    Caffeine positive B.

Blood volatiles: negative for ethanol, methanol, isopropanol, or acetone C.

Urine drug screen: presumptive positive for cannabinoids, amphetamines, and fentanyl/metabolite D.

Urine drug screen confirmation: morphine (free) 86 ng/mL

Comments: The finding of sickled-appearing cells in many of the autopsy tissue sections prompted the Hemoglobin S quantitation reported above. This quantitative result is indicative of sickle cell trait. Red blood cells in individuals with sickle cell trait are known to sickle as a postmortem artifact. The decedent’s antemortem peripheral blood smear (made from a complete blood count collected 5/25/20 at 9:00 p.m.) was reviewed by an expert HHC hematopathologist at the Medical Examiner’s request. This review found no evidence of antemortem sickling. The decedent was known to be positive for 2019 - nCoV RNA on 4/3/2020. Since PCR positivity for 2019 - nCoV RNA can persist for weeks after the onset and resolution of clinical disease, the autopsy result most likely reflects asymptomatic but persistent PCR positivity from previous infection.

Then it must be questioned why such was even posted in the first place, if it was fully known that such an exchange could not be completed.

If belief in authority is the so-called "disease" that must be addressed, what is the excuse for trusting government intervention to make things better? That is trusting the disease to cure itself.

This app would make a lot more sense if it started live broadcasting it (so if they did try to take the phone then it wouldn't matter)

I didn't say they weren't brutish thugs. However, they aren't stupid about how technology can be deployed against them.

Are they going to record how they refuse to obey the lawful orders of the police and then resist being arrested and then when they grab the officers weapons and use them against the officer?

Cops with body cams and citizens with dash cams sounds good to me. I was the victim of a hit and run many years ago. I always have a dash camera running.

    Ha, yeah I remember that.

I think a lot of this stuff has to do with basic human nature. To a parent your child is always good no matter what they do and parents will more often than not simply refuse to believe that their children are not innocent. Most parents and families are like that. Remember recently when a business owner shot and killed that robber and the family went on TV saying "Nobody should have a gun at work!!" Even in cases where it's blatantly obvious that the person was in the wrong and/or they deserved it family and friends will just keep back peddling until they hit a wall and start making statements like that.

Plus a lot of this anti-cop stuff has to do with many folks just not believing that certain laws should even exist which is why you so often hear "He wasn't doing anything wrong". We don't get to pick and choose which laws we follow, that's not this works, so even if you don't like the law that doesn't give you permission to break it and it doesn't make the cop guilty for enforcing it.

The hard truth pill for so many to swallow is that VERY RARELY do folks actually get arrested or even have any interaction with the cops whatsoever if they are truly "not doing anything wrong". I've managed to live my entire life as a black male in America and somehow never manage to have an interaction with the police that left me genuinely in my heart asking "why". Folks know that, they really do, they just don't want to admit it to themselves or others.

Not saying unwarranted interaction with the cops doesn't happen, it obviously does, but nowhere NEAR the level that these folks try to make it seem. It is a statistical fact that if you are an American living in America and you are TRULY not doing ANYTHING wrong then your chances of interacting with a cop are minuscule regardless of what race or gender you are.

It is not that difficult. The main difference is when you use the video record function on your phone the video gets saved to the phone's internal memory or if you use a cloud service to the cloud. If it is saved onto the phone's memory then destroying the phone will get rid of it. If you are send it to your cloud storage then it can still be deleted if someone has access to your phone. So if they took your phone while it was recording they can hit delete. If you are live streaming your video interaction with the police then people are seeing it real time. Even if the police took your phone while you were streaming the video that already went out was seen and could have been duplicated 100s of times already.

Both autopsies called Floyd’s death a homicide. That performed by the Hennepin County medical examiner cites “cardiopulmonary arrest complicating law enforcement subdual, restraint, and neck compression.” The private autopsy states the cause of death was “mechanical asphyxia.”

    https://www.mercurynews.com/2020/06...report-with-cause-of-death-and-other-factors/[/I]

Hmmm, so both autopsies call it a HOMICIDE and what is a HOMICIDE?

Pretty sure everyone can see it for what it is.

Phones are subject to being confiscated, smashed, tampered with, and so forth. Data transferred to an Internet based data store is a different story.
