I'm not offended, I have other things to take up my time. I bring enlightenment to why the kneeling is perceived to be against the flag and nation and troops. I get the impression you don't understand why we all take a moment before a game to set aside our differences and stand together to salute our country, our freedom and the people who defend it. If that's lost on you there's no point in me explaining why many people find kneeling and sitting during the Anthem disrespectful and/or idiotic.

Face it - everything isn't about Trump. A lot of Americans didn't like it when Tommie Smith and John Carlos gave the Black Power salute during the National Anthem at the 1968 Olympic Games, either.

Like I said, freedom of speech works BOTH ways. If the kneelers and their defenders want to behave like snowflakes in response to criticism they're free to do that, too.

More white people are killed by the cops than blacks, but the players are only protesting what's happening to blacks while ignoring the whites who are killed.

I stopped watching football over this issue and all other sports that show mouthy liberals bashing Trump. And I don't cater to Hollywood venues with actors I know to be hateful liberals or buy music from any of the same.

 

People aren't rolling up their windows and calling police for unnecessary **** for white people just walking around....

 

Or are people not video taping those events? White kids get their girl scout troops and lemonade stands torn down a sited by cops.

I don't recall black people calling the cops when they see a white person entering a home, having lunch, having a bbq etc.
I do recall white people hearing what Muslims are doing to prevent Muslim attacks, as well as what black people's plan is to curb their violence.
