    Maryland legislation 1664:

This was a sweeping law. The first provision recognized only two clear and fundamental criteria for enslavement; a black skin and residency in Maryland. It did not distinguish between free blacks and slave, thereby firmly establishing in law the presumption that all blacks were slaves. Nor did it incorporate religious exceptions because, as we have seen, the law's major purpose was to clear the way for holding black Christians in perpetual bondage. The second provision specified the inheritability of the slave status by paternal descent.. - maryland.gov.

All black people in the US were slaves by law?

It's clear you don't live in the US because you have no idea what you are talking about.

Can you point out the US law that said all black people were slaves?

Actually he did not. Ptolemy was appointed by Alexander who the egyptians willingly made pharaoh.

    Don't move the goal posts.

This was the statement that was made:
Why are you selecting an individual state legislation to suggest the country as a whole established these laws?

You're wrong. You have been proven wrong. And now you are moving the goal posts to try to defend your incorrectness.

    What country are you from?

I'm not moving any goalposts. You're narrowing a definition that was clearly very broad in the first post. It's obvious nonsense to say any nation is blameless in damaging another entirely because they don't bomb them. Nations existed before bombs The Romans and others surely damaged quite a few of them

Any law written in 1664 North America can reasonably be assumed as acting as a model for all the other English colonies. If you can find any others that contradict and/or invalidate this one please post them here.

The form of slavery that was practiced in America was unique in the world and in history. You need to read a book called "The Peculiar Institution" by Kenneth Stampp if you haven't already.

So, America didn't invent race based slavery. Thanks.
