I understand the Southern folks believed they weren't humans.
But they were proved wrong as evidenced by the laws and ammendments to the constitution.

Today, the legal rights of a fetus is determined by the host/mother to be. As we can't give a birth or death certificate to something that has not been born.

 

I have never seen anyone say a human fetus isn't human.....where did you get that?

We have a concept of fetal rights. Usually in relation to the health and well being of the fetus. What I'm trying to say is what grounds those rights is the first acknowledgement of life.

In every state I’m aware of it’s illegal to destroy the eggs of endangered bird. Eggs...you know, that unborn bird, that mere clump of cells. Imagine how libs would scream and wail. Goodgawd, how many times do I have to explain the difference between humans and animals.

Humans are the stewards of the land and animals and therefore we ( caring people) take care of them, they are animals, NOT HUMANS.

Humans are responsible for themselves, have rights, higher intelligence, etc....there IS a difference.
