Obviously by murdering the unborn baby you are shifting blame off the women... get it?

    No

Please read my posts I made it quite clear that 70% of fertilised eggs do not develop into a viable foetus

And it is very clear you have NOT seen the research on why women have abortions

    I
That is bullshit! But yet you believe that a woman has an abortion right before delivery. That is bullshit also. I knew of a woman had to abort in the seventh month ...and it was traumatic but life saving.

No it is NOT a “given”

And in what legislation is a termination of a pregnancy considered “murder”

Yes it is. It's just like doing drugs, for example. You can chose to shoot (IV) drugs and you know that while safe for the most part, may lead to contracting Hep C or HIV. This is called a consequence of an action. The risk was always there to begin with, no matter how small.

You are right there are consequences for unprotected sex. For a male the consequence is supporting a child he didn’t want to for 18 years and knows the woman makes the decision whether or not to let her ZEF develop into a child. The woman has more consequences, to get an abortion which is not fun, or to carry a ZEF to term and be responsible for 18 years.

Murder happens no matter what stage of pregnancy the abortion is committed against. Murder in gods eyes, that is.

Believe it or not some women use abortion as a form of birth control....

Uh, duh, whenever one does some thing THEY want to do it's selfish. Why do people say they have kids? " I " like kids. "I" want kids. "I", "I", "I", "I"....me, me ,me...

..and it's really selfish when they include others in what they want without asking them if they WANT to be their kids...

That has NOTHING to do with it!

Doing what one wants is selfish....if one wants kids and has them it is a SELDFISH act, they did what they wanted.

ONLY YOU think being selfish is a crime or bad or a sin....it ISN'T. It is what humans do!!!

    .

NOT having kids involves NO one else....having kids involves someone else, the KIDS...who were NEVER asked if they wanted to be born, the parents did not think to ask, they just did what THEY wanted to do...selfishly.

Conversely, the Supreme Court has also protected the right of governmental entities to infringe upon bodily integrity. Examples include laws prohibiting the use of drugs, laws prohibiting euthanasia, laws requiring the use of seatbelts and helmets, strip searches of prisoners, and forced blood tests.[13

Abortion will be added to this list in a few years under a Trump administration

I suppose you are one of those who will grudgingly allow abortion in the case of rape but not in the case of failure of the male to prevent fertilisation

So what? Consent to one act (intercourse) is NOT consent to any other act.

No, you are wrong....and I'm sure you won't contact a lawyer to find the truth but the truth is...consent to one act is not consent to any other act.

If you consent to let a person enter your home have you consented to let him beat you up and rob you?? That could be the CONSEQUENCES of consenting to let them into your home.....

Really? Why has it not done so now?

    So Ok,

Outline what you would put in this “anti abortion” legislation.

    Would you make any exceptions?

Would you have all miscarriages investigated?

Would you have women of child bearing age inspected as they left the country in case they were going to have an abortion elsewhere?

And if you are denying abortion would you also ban all contraceptives?

    Most importantly

HOW are you going to prove a woman has or has not used an abortifacient?

How are you going to prevent the illegal abortion industry flourishing?

    Statistics please

Why would ANY sane woman choose a painful expensive procedure over a less painful cheaper procedure?
