    They are allowed to take a brother or an uncle or even a family friend. Whomever is the father figure in their life. If they don't have one it is a good lesson in life about the importance of having one and perhaps they will make sure their children have two parents, a mother and a father.

    They weren't banned, they are perfectly free to bring the father figure in their life. If they don't have one then it is a get impetus to get one and better their life because of it.
