Legally, I would argue they had not actually begun to attempt an arrest yet, at that point in time. If Arbery had attacked them after they had attempted an arrest, that would have been different perhaps.

(Again, I do not argue that Arbery did not have a legal right to attack them, but that does not mean they are guilty if they acted in self defense in response to that)

 

Doubtful. Blacks commit over 50% of all murders and yet compose only 40% of the prison population. I would expect their incarceration rates to match their violent crime rates but they do not.... they are lower. Ahmaud was a felon and unsurprisingly he was not in jail. Kind of like the black felon who had around two dozen crimes and was let out to massacre 6 (soon to be 7) white people in Waukesha. It is strange you make that claim but every black victim the left holds up to us always and without fail have a violent felonious past. Hell they are letting black teen carjackers off here in Milwaukee immediately. There is a two tier system no doubt about it. Blacks in liberal cities are catch and release except for the most vicious crimes. In smaller conservative communities, ALL citizens are punished more punitively for felonies and get harsher penalties. Perhaps that explains the difference in incarceration rates.

PS. I suspect the FBI will soon no longer make their crime stats available. It is too damaging to the narrative. They would be following liberal states that are beginning to block easy access to the criminal records of felons.

One of the more notable aspects of the case is it took 74 days after the murder before those good old boys were arrested. Which made me think about how Kyle walked past the police with gun in hand after shooting three people. Being white playing a major role in both. Just sayin'.
