There's no irony because there's no relevant comparison. It's not funny. The only connection is that money is involved in both.

Stupid people find humor when there's none to be had.

Her reported "you just pay it" comment about Medicare-for-all (I assume you didn't mean to write "Medicaid") was evasive. Her claim about having difficulty finding an apartment to rent in DC on a $174,000 salary, if that's what she said, is stupid.

 

What's not to laugh about?
I imagine A-O-C will have a different view on income tax, now that she will finally pay it.

 

She may indeed be pandering, but I don't see evidence of it here.

 

She's a lightweight like many Republican and Democratic legislators who make stupid comments. Trumpites would do well to push the Bloviator-in-Chief to solve problems.

IIRC, per her financials, she has plenty of money for a temporary place. After she is in office, she can do like Paul Ryan did, and live in a cot in the office, shower in the gym. If the former Speaker of the House can do it, so can a first year House member.

Clear Channel and the lot buy up a LOT of local radio stations, then change the format where say Rush Limbaugh is mandatory....then they claim Limbaugh's ratings are so great.
