What gag order? If you had the truth and was not being "allowed" to speak...what would stop you? I would go to CBS or FOX and spill the beans. I would face the consequences...

I think they are pretending classified information is suddenly (since Obama) secret.

What does that have to do with the State Department’s former Deputy Assistant Secretary and head of the Bureau of Near Eastern Affairs (NEA) statements regarding this was about Hillary Clinton and her run for election in 2016?

What hypocrisy are you talking about? IMO, there is hypocrisy on the Left to complain about embassy attacks under Bush then think we should all ignore the Benghazi attack because it happened on Obama's and Clinton's watch.

there is no evidence of scandal, some guy say he heard something somewhere and checked it out this Sunday, and what do you know, he doesn't say what he found or anything.. guess you will have to wait for his book

That is not a gag order. Release of classified information is just that and those people would have said that. There is no need for a gag order.
How about Obama, Clinton and Rice just tell the truth right off the bat and say "there was an unprovoked attack" instead of coming up with weak unbelievable stories?

 

It's not the action, it's the cover up. Specifically blaming the attack on a video and not a well planned, coordinated al-Qaeda attack on the anniversary of 9/11 is one piece of evidence. A second is the OP; hiding papers to avoid embarrassing Secretary Clinton who has eyes on running for President in 2016.

Ahhh not just stacks of paper and not just "this guy" and it is specifically about what they were doing with the communication and other documents and who was in charge of it.

What is speculation, his observations and statements to and from the persons in charge are not speculation they are evidence.

As for telling the truth, it may have cost them the election to admit al-Qaeda wasn't quite as beaten as President Obama had been claiming in the campaign trail.

This is evidence of scandal and it says what was found, the purposely deceit and coverup and withholding of documents to obstruct the Accountability Review Board and Congressional investigations.
